I assume so since it was asked in regards to capturing Caesar Clown, which requires armament haki. He also said leave it to me when getting ready to engage Monet, which would be dumb if he didn't have armament haki.
And then there is still the whole Tashigi being better than him at haki thing that would make it stupid. :T
Maybe, but theres still nothing more than implying that he knows it. Luffy just asked who could use Hakui, not anything specific.
No, it would make Tashigi not a waste of space. Plus aren't all Marine Captains taught to use Haki anyway?
Listening to Bink's Sake. This song makes me cry every time... BUT I HAVE NO EYES TO CRY WITH! YOHOHOHOHO!!!

I also will note how easy Taishigi was disarmed earlier.
Even if he's holding back, Monet's still coming across as more skilled than her.
I think Luffy just stated as a fact that Zoro and Sanji could use haki, so they were the ones that could face Caesar. No idea how he realized they could use it, but he seemed pretty sure.
My theory is that Zoro can only use haki when he uses his hardcore movements, and that he has a plan that needs Monet to use her ability to stop the gas, maybe. If he uses his hardcore attacks, he'll incapacitate Monet in no time, so he's trying to take it easy and force her into a corner. That would still make Zoro kind of lousy at haki, so I hope the reason is a bit less random 😛
It doesn't matter whether he didn't finish her off because she was a woman or whether he was just bored. What matters is that it was a waste of my freaking time. There was no suspense here. It's just Zoro being too good to finish things off quickly. Monet was a cool(haha) villain but Zoro just made her look like a complete joke who is less competent than Caesar. He did the same ****ing thing to Hody(who actually wasn't a bad villain in his introduction).
And Tashigi! She got to do jack and shit! Why even build up this tag team if it wasn't going to go anywhere? We know the Straw Hats are strong! Stop showing them casually wrecking ass and humiliating other characters!
And the Caribou thing was just the icing on the cake. Hated this chapter.
Yeah, pretty much. The Strawhats have been more powerful than their opponents before, but Oda's always been able to find ways to keep the tension and make them credible threats.
I really do dislike how the Strawhats have been curbstomping everyone so far. I get that it took ages to build up to the Whitebeard arc and so far these are similarly warm-up adventures, but that isn't going to work as well because those were also about finding crew members. We need some actual tension or it won't work.
Edit: Is Gravitation the thing with all the gay catboys? I flicked through it once in Waterstones.
Frankly I'm a bit surprised about people expecting a decent battle from Zoro, he's by far the most boring SH when it comes to fighting. He always get hit a lot and finished the opponent with one super special move. Just switch Zoro getting hit a lot with Tashigi getting thrown around and this is just a regular Zoro fight.
To be fair Coby was training with one of the biggest guns of the Marines, while Tashigi was traveling with one of its most fodder logia users.
But bashing poor Tashigi now that she finally did something is a bit tasteless to me. She actually finished Monet up, if you consider that Zoro didn't actually hurt her it makes the win is legit -even if entirely a cheap shot-. So yeah, Tashigi carries a tiny bit of power.
