Still, next big one is Water 7, which is one of the best.

Agreed. I like Naruto a lot for one of the same reasons it's not as good- It deviates from the shounen formula more and is willing to spend time on side things, with mixed results but also more variation in the plot. Kishimoto experiments and is willing to subvert things, which I like on the whole.
Bleach often adheres way too tightly to the formula and often spends a lot of time on stuff that really isn't necessary for the plot or characters at all. Tite doesn't plan ahead enough and it shows, when he gets write's block his solution is make more characters.
OP not only follows the formula, but Oda simply owns it, especially when it comes to character moments.

one of the biggest reasons I like op more than others, is the anime never seems to drag, I think thats what you were eluding too. naruto, lately anyway, has been horrible about this, which became apparent after i started reading the manga, and moments that should have been like five seconds end up being like half an episode, whenever there is a heavy dialog episode (which is quite often) they take literally a minute or more just standing there, staring at each other, or what they are talking about, and it just pisses me off. Bleach isn't as bad about this, but they have annoying recaps that take up the entire episode. One does the dragging that naruto does sometimes, but it is usually just something that is supposed to take a long time in the story, like when they are searching for lufy when he is stuck between those buildings.
also, is it just me, or does one piece have better animation more often than the others? does it make more money than the other 2?

Anime definitely has better pacing. Though Naruto's manga does better than it's anime.

Possibly, though I haven't really noticed.
I do notice Naruto and Bleach's animation quality goes up and down.

but op doesn't ever seem to get below 2.5, even on filler, though i tend to skip the filler...well, just so i could get through it, the show is really funny, i think ill go back and watch it all. I first noticed this when they were running over this hill, idk what episode or even where they were, but i just remember thinking that it was really good animation for something so meaningless as that.

3 bubble island? i love that one cuz it shows a bunch of different powers and luffy being all defiant, and lots of new awesome characters.
4 that one...where you first find the numbered people, it was really really funny, and zoro was awesome.
5 thriller bark, just because of zoros main fight
6 uuuuh, the fish people one....lol wow i fail at names.
7 the prison...oh man that was frikin awesome...so you would think it would be higher up the list....oh well, this is where it is
8 buggy, shows how attached luffy is to his hat, and your first REAL show of how awesome zoro is.
i don't really like any of the others besides the normal funny and just random awesomeness.

My favorite is the recent Marineford arc...
as for the anime, I don't mind watching fillers or when the crew has some downtime in between arcs mainly because of the humor and that I enjoy how the crew interacts with one another since they're all so different...
i'm just as excited to learn on how the new nakama will fit in with the rest than say, how powerful and how he/she/it contributes in a battle...
