I actually hope Jimbei doesn't join for some "I need to help rebuild" bs or better yet "I'm too old for this crap". But if he joins, I guess he's the best fishman we can get, they all suck giant ballz.

Also, it seems that Gol was able to understand everything somehow, the Ancient History and the Sea Kings so far...

Anyway, I've made a hierarchy system for One Piece, based on authority and power.
It's based on what we know about the characters, for now.

Based on Authority (descending order):

Gorosei
World Nobles
Kong (World Government Commander-in-Chief)
Yonko (they can claim territories as their own by mere declarations)
Fleet Admiral of the Marines
Shichibukai
Admirals of the Marines

Based on Strength (descending order):

Gol D. Roger
Whitebeard
Garp (in his prime)
Enel*
Sengoku

*I'm not sure where to put Enel. He was seemingly unstoppable, if it wasn't for Luffy.

Easier to escape without them, though, and it sounds like he made more of a killing with the treasure.

Shichibukai really have very little governmental authority.

They merely have grand power and are exempt from almost all governmental authority.

Don't forget the royal council either, that Wapol and Vivi's dad were on. That seems to be a high authority.

We do know, though, that Dragon is the strongest member.

But it is too early to put him in the hierarchy, since he has not displayed any significant feat.

The Gorosei said that even 1 of them was strong enough to kill Blackbeard (w/ 2 Devil Fruit powers) pre-timeskip.

I concur though, that Dragon may be as strong as one of the Yonko.

EDIT: I think Dragon is a Mythical Zoan fruit user, with the ability to transform into a Dragon 😂
