I don't care if capn keeps the shield. carnage has claws and axes for hands. rhino is a running frieght train, wtf is a shield gonna do? Spidey dodges more dangerous things on a daily basis. Scorpion is his better and has lethal weapons, and still gets wooped by spidey.
A few of Spiderman's B class vilians pose more of a threat to be painfully honest.

Wolverine was not up right after spidey was punching him, and hes been floored by an angry cyclops very inconsistent, If he were fighting someone like daredevil, daredevils punches would make wolvie fall back and at least LOOK fair just like in this scenario......

Why is this still even going? Spidey has a decent chance against all three if he fought them one on one. But all three at the same time? It's possible, but not probable. His only chance of winning would be to out-maneuver them (which is entirely within his ability) and try to pick them off one at a time, which would require out-thinking them as well. And with Steve Rogers on their team, maximizing their strengths, minimizing their weaknesses, and controlling the fight (all three are team players), that'll be extremely hard to do.
