But here, there is no CIS or PIS. Here we assume - forum rules - Spider-Man will be fighting to the best of his abilities. That's a big difference.
Ever noticed that Spider-Man rarely uses his web when fighting Wolvie, DD or CA ? There is a reason for that : the fight would be boring. He can web them up all very easily, that's a fact. He has webbed up stronger and faster opponents.
Spider-Man is as good with his web as CA with his shield or Hawkeye with his arrows. Don't forget that.

That's because Spiderman jobs to characters. Sometimes unwillingly, but he does. His attitude is fairly easy going most of the time and he holds back against normal humans. Also, his main flaw is that he tends to be careless. If he started to fight smartly and seriously(like he usually does after suffering unnecessary defeat), he would hand them their individual asses sixteen times over.

However, put together? He is a great combatant, and one of my absolute favorite characters of all time, but I doubt he can beat all these guys at the same time.
I don't think he can win this a majority. It's simply too much. However, if he can keep a bit of distance and use his webbings on the captain and Daredevil, he'd be able to concentrate on Wolverine. Remember, Cap and DD are both normal humans who can be kayoed with a single pulled punch. And if he really wanted to, he could take Captains shield and throw it at Wolverine to kill him.

Eh, sorry. Cap's shield wouldn't kill Wolverine by any means. Wolverine's healing factor allows him to withstand the greatest of blows, at least more than Spider-man can dish out on a regular basis. That match right there, would probably end up with Spider-man winning 5-6/10. However, Wolverine wouldn't go down without a hell of a fight. When they fought, Spider-man commented on how fast Wolverine's attack speed was, and that he didn't have enough time to use his webs. Btw, Spider-man's webbing wouldn't and doesn't work on Cap's shield. When you add in DD and Cap along with Wolverine, it makes it pretty one sided. All of these guys would probably lose on their own, but together I think they are too much for Spider-man.

I wouldn't even say it's that high. Sure, Spidey doesn't lead a team, but in his own, twisted way, he one of the best tacticians and most resourceful in all of Marvel.

Cap's shield is made out of solid adamantium. If Cap himself can use it against stronger foes, then Spiderman(far stronger), can use it against weaker foes. Yes, I know Wolvie has a healing factor, but I doubt he could take such a hard blow and still stand like nothing happened. I do agree now that it probably wouldn't kill him, though. As for Wolvie's speed, it should not be overrated either. He's not faster than a peak human, and certainly not fast enough for a superhuman Spiderman.
And Spidey's webbing may not work on his shield, but it does on Cap himself. Remember, Spidey is incredibly fast, he'd be able to down Captain and THEN take his shield.
To top it off: if the three of them come at him together, he can just throw stuff, hit & jump while using his spider-sense, shoot them in the eyes with webbing, spray them with web fluids(he's done so in the past), blind them with his flash light etc. etc. I guess it all depends on the environement. A fight in, let's say, the open desert, would reduce Spidey's chances significantly, but he still has that strength-speed advantage. Now, if we were to give him a killer instinct(bloodlust), he should beat these fellas in a sec. If we don't, he MIGHT be in trouble. Might.

Sometimes he doesn't, because they feel like mosquito bites to him, but he is definitely able to and has done so in the past. I'm not overrating Wolverine's speed at all. I was just going by what I read. Wolverine has also been shown to keep up with wild boars. Wild boars run anywhere from 40-50mph. Everyone dodges bullets in this fight dodges bullets easily. Cap can because the SSS allows him to see bullets in slow motion, same with Wolverine, and DD is just bordering on pre-cog just like Spider-man. In the past, they have all given Spider-man very good fights. Besides, when they were in a fight, Spider-man did NOT have time to use his webbing because if he knew that he did, he would've been gutted like a fish. It only takes one screw up on Spider-man's fault. Naturally, he can't afford to make any mistakes. That makes his margin of winning that much lower. Might be in trouble? All of these guys have given him trouble before. You might call it PIS, or whatever but it has happened in the past. Can you really call consistant feats PIS anyway? He could defeat these guys one on one, I know that. However, all three together? I don't think so. The trio takes this fight 6-7/10.
