Yeah, so hurry to post your comments...
Very well.....one last bit on the subject.
Racism exists on both sides of the coin-and regardless of the fact that reverse discrimination and reverse racism are NOT punishable, it makes a minority JUST AS GUILTY when they use racial slurs to someone who is white.
I see no reason why blacks (or African Americans based on the level of your P.C.) should use the N word while others outside this racial influence CANNOT. If you want to be a solution to the problem, eradicate any and all forms of racism on BOTH sides, and don't play cultural or racial cards to excuse the use of derogatory remarks.
It's not a case of 'boys will be boys' or 'the way it is..' There's nothing funny about it at all. We have become desensitized to racism because we treat slurs as 'just a word that can't harm us.' Physically, no, but words and remarks last forever in our psyches...
The day we make ALL forms of racism punishable on both white and non-white sides, the better of we'll be because NOONE should discriminate, or use the lack of legally definable punishment for such reverse action as excuse to practice it. Everyone wants fair and balanced punishment for such stuff, let's make it that way, fair and balanced....
We all bleed the same, and if the daily video feeds from Israel, or the blood of 9-11 dosen't point that out, NOTHING will, and I fear what lies ahead...

Dagon, this is the off-topic area- NO such rules will be enforced or are expected of posters.I also can't see a single person here who has failed to get to grips with anything since you started talking so I am not sure where your problem is.
What I meant was the 'check out who's bored' deal that BellaButterfly posted. I thought it was directed at me...you know some people don't care about stuff, they just file it under W for whatever. I thought I was being disrespected. Sorry to have become so off key there. Anyway, moving right along...
😂 it's so coincidental this topic is up here!!!me and my class,we act sooo damn racist it's almost a trademark😂
but in all seriousness,we make it VERY clear to EVERY1 that it's not serious, just harmless fun✅ and we tell every1 to take it with a pinch of salt✅
irony is,we're usually racist against our OWN race!!!!
that's the fun of livin in a multi racial country✅:d

There isn't a lot of racism where i live but my school was full them i got into soo many fights my parents took me out.
When I was in school,
I had just about everything said about me, being an American Indian-most everyone assumes all of us are drug addicts and alcoholics, half naked flesh eating savages, all that shit...one of the best ones I heard was someone called me a "Prairie Ni**er." LOL
I had a LOT of fights as a kid because of stuff like this, as well as the many conflicts I got into with some of my teachers over the incorrectness of the history books when it came to American native history..sadly the law makers in la-la land have to rewrite history to prevent offending the 'good ole' boys' who saw it their way.
Anyhow, that's life, and if a**holes could fly I'm sure we would ALL have our pilots licenses at one time or another. By the way, you guys want me to fly, you're buying the gas.
*humbling himself here based on previous statement about a-holes and pilots licenses) 😛 😉
well we have quite a lot of racism in our school and coz of what happened on sept 11 they're being racist and shite towards muslims. before it wasnt as bad now its gone worse, they dont understand the religion and call people muslims as insults that really Pi$$es me off! but its made my faith stronger...

racism will never end. its immortal in my opinion. dont judge a book by its cover and by this i mean dont think everyone is nice from the outside, inside they might be Satan himself.
Hey, just because you can't see the guy doesn't mean he isn't there ya' know....like anyhting else this whole world we live in is a test of resolve...and few pass that test.
Anyhow, I replied to this thread before, and my own belief, as someone who has suffered with racism, is to stop defending the act, in word or deed, as well as it's many slurs, as 'no big deal' or 'only a word.'
Words last forever as where other things don't, and like teasing, ANOTHER vicious habit, it should be addressed quickly and with resolve, and what's good for the goose is good for the gander.
As a 'minority' myself, (rolls eyes) I have a right to say
on this subject as well, and here it is:
As well as stoppig normal racism, we have to stop being afraid of 'offending' the 'opposition.' and by that I mean reverse discrimination-minorities attacking whites in like fashion, verbally or physically.
If you want to eliminate racism, you have to eliminate the reverse form as well. People scream equality, make it equal, and make reverse discrimination just as criminal as well, and stop backing down to such rabble rousers like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton. Anyone abusing or attacking another person, regardless of race or color, is a crime, and that applies to minorities as well. And these guys (Jackson and Sharpton) getting their way every time they open their mouth is what stops the legal process. Makes me wonder how the stuff with Michael Jackson will turn out.
Right and wrong exist alongside good and evil-and as long as people keep trying to skirt the legal system with color and race and 'this' rage and 'that' rage, we'll never solve anything. EVERYONE is innocent or guilty under the due process of law, and should be treated as such, equals.
And that won't happen if we keep allowing representatives of certain peoples to get their way every time they try to avoid legal prosecution of someone truly guilty by using their race or color as a weapon to excuse their crime.

Well people don't seem to understand that 9-11 was committed by extremists, just as people who call themselves Catholics or better yet, Christians, use their elevated postions in theior religion to see others as infidels, heathens, or savages, esp. when they don't see things thir way or DO things their way.
This in no way changes my belief that Taliban or Al-Qaeda shouldn't be held responsible for their transgression against the world on 9-11, or that they should be punished, but it DOES clarify that I know the dif. between the 2 Islamic factions. In true Islam it's a sin to even think about hurting another person.
'Talib' is the Arabic singular of "Taliban" or 'students of God.' The people who committed 9-11 as well as the atrocities elsewhere, are anything BUT students of God....
We promised no politics here, so I'll stop now. Just letting you know that if you are a Muslim, (since you mentioned religion) that I have nothing against you personally, only the extremist idiots who soil your religion with the belief that violence and bloodshed opens the gates of Heaven for those who engage in it. Peace out brother 🙂

Rogue Jedi> I heard that in US racism is much worse south than it is north.
Uh.....YEAH. They pretty much started it, with slavery and plantations, and used it to fuel the Southern "Industrial Revolution' of the days prior to the Civil War. 5 years of bloodshed from 1860 to 1865 that saw brothers and families divided, and the entire South in ruins....the North had better weapons but the South had higher quality men who knew the land.Gettysburg Pennsylvania was the day robert E. Lee wished he never picked "Fools Rush In" as his favorite Elvis song...all kidding aside, it was a mess, and attitudes haven't changed much since then.
Gets me to a second interesting point-Apache scouts were used by Union general Crook to win his campaign somewhere around the center of the Civil War..12 won Congressional Medals Of Honor which later were taken off of them as the U.S used them and they went back to being just 'Indians' and interestingly enough, one of those Indians was the legendary Geronimo....OK I'll stop ith the history lessons...*throws up hands in surrender as the Mod Police throw him to the wall for handcuffing..* 😛
Since I do not view racism as "human nature", I contemplate why it's still around.
(Should we talk about nature, “racism” is unnatural. To ensure the healthiest off-spring possible, I should mate with someone as far away from my own gene-pool as possible. That would be… hrm… an Australian aboriginal or a Philippine.)
Racism is a typical scape-goat political tool. High unemployment, economical recession - it's THEIR fault - and by "their" it has to be an easily identifiable minority. In the middle-ages Europeans burned women as witches after plagues, wars and famine.
In Nazi-Germany it was the Jews' fault. And so on an so forth.
Racism is a political tool. Not human nature.
Letting racism seep into your outlook is allowing yourself to be abused as a political tool.
