Yeah I like the end of the movie better More Twisty
i agree, but the book got more into the explanation of rainey's sczhophernia and how shooter was a man he made up that was there to punish him for what mort did in the past that he felt so guilty for. what wasn't mentioned in the movie was that he felt quilty for stealing a country boy's story in college as his own and his near breakdown for being accused of plagurism when someone was considering of making a movie about one of his books. i think it was the one called "the delacourt family"...or something like that. yeah, so the past came back to haunt him. note, that i finally finished reading the book sometime earlier this week or last weekend. the indepth explanation at the end of the book was great and meant to be in a book. the spiced up ending in the movie was a nice touch and nice way to end on.

i want to read the book, i was actually looking at buying it the other day. Ive heard it is a good read after seeing the movie 🙂 i know about 'four past midnight' did you read all three stories? because i didnt know if secret window was a seperate story or if all three were combined?! 😑
i've read the book and it's good, no duh to that. no, i did not read all three stories as of yet. i'll get around to them, after i'm done with "interview with the vampire" or the whole vampire chronicles by anne rice first. i saw summaries for the other stories in four past midnight, and no, they aren't parts of secret window, secret garden nor have mort rainey as far as i know of.
So has anyone seen it........... I was gonna see it........but then there was Troy, Van Helsing and I think Gothika came out when it did........... so we always picked a different one.......
i do still want to see it............. i get disappointed with some stephen king movies b/c his books will be awesome and then you watch the movie and they leave out like 1/2 of it........
(with the exceptiong of pet semetary 1 & 2...they were pretty equal to the books.....if i remember)
