ok im curious just why do they include story boards? I just dont get it? 😑
They are actually animatronic storyboards, not actual, handdrawn versions. It's only because the select scenes for which they provide the storyboards for were actually FANTASTIC elements of CGI, especially the "The Twist Revelealed" board where
Spoiler:
they show both Deep and his "Shooter" alter ego talking to one another.
Oh, I just finished the movie, and thought it was a very solid suspense movie, something along the lines of "Frailty", or "Identity". Much better than King's previous offering in "Dreamcatcher".

They are animatronic storyboards, not handdrawn, and the reason they were probably provided was because the select scenes for which they offered the storyboards were fantastic examples of the great CGI in the movie. The "Twist Revealed", being one of them, where
Spoiler:
Depp and his alter-ego Shooter are talking to one another.
By the way, saw the movie this morning, excellent flick. It's something fans of "Frailty" or "Identity" should see immediatly.

I kind of predicted the ending onceSpoiler:
the guy said it was his screw driver in the guys head.
Personally, I wouldn't have drawn any conclusions from that, rather than when
Spoiler:
Mort started talking to himself earlier in the film, as a little foreshadowing. Reason being, "Shooter" could have taken the screwdriver from Mort's house, killed the 2 people, and ultimately framed Mort for the killings, had Shooter been an actual person, which we didn't find out until the end.
That said, it was a good movie, but it's suspense is pretty much spent after one viewing. Not that suspense is what Depp groupies care about, when it comes to buying his films on DVD. 😛
(Sorry about the double post earlier.)
