Actually I have been really lucky so far, I have had a couple games with people like that, but so far its been pretty good. Those are the two I play the most as well.

In Halo 2 I would always hear so much crap when playing team slayer. Maybe all the little bastards cant afford the game and have to wait till Xmas. 😛

I havent played in about 3 days, so hopefully they didnt invade while I wasnt playing. lol

Maybe maybe not.

But yeah I haven't seen too much of a problem yet.

But yeah I generally think ranked matches are ebtter than unranked matches when it comes to that kind of thing because it is taken a little more serious for some reason.

I really liked Halo 3, but the ending confused me. If you haven't played the game don't read this!

Did Master Chief die or not? Because we saw that the Arbiter got safely to the cockpit on the Dawn and that big flash came before the escaped? Did that kill him? If it did, that was a pretty lame way for him to go.

We have spoiler tags dude.

I dunno.. you guys are comparing a single player heavy game to a multiplayer heavy game... apples and oranges?

Thank you SaTs! Finally the light shines at the end of the tunnel.

ask yourself:

Spoiler:
would they actually kill off such a cash cow?

no. way.

Halo 3 was a great game but the ending could have been better

As for master chief he went into Cryogenic sleep and told Cortana to awaken him when she needed him because her program would not survive before the help arrived.

Thanks for the spoiler tags that you put in there oh wait you didn't.

I don't know how

How do you put in spoiler tags Blax_Hydralisk if I new don't you think I would have i don't like ruining it for people but still if you go on Wikipedia it tells you the ending included the secret one for completing the game on legendary, some people say Halo is overrated I liked the first one it has clever AI and a story but it's no different to other FPS however I will always love Halo it's great

At least put "SPoilers below" above your posts, you silly man you.

I shall take you advice Blax_Hydralisk

HOLY SHIT!!!!

It really happened, Bungie left MS....

Rumours have been bubbling over the Internet cauldron all week that Bungie would be jumping ship from its corporate masters at Microsoft. The rumours seemed unlikely to be true, as Bungie has been wholly owned by the Microsoft machine since 2000.

Today, though, the unlikely became reality. This morning, Bungie announced it was officially splitting away from Microsoft to become an independent, privately held developer, Bungie LLC. Microsoft will continue to retain a minority stake in Bungie, and continue its long-standing publishing agreement with the company.

"While we are supporting Bungie's desire to return to its independent roots, we will continue to invest in our Halo entertainment property with Bungie and other partners, such as Peter Jackson, on a new interactive series set in the Halo universe," said Shane Kim, corporate vice president of Microsoft Game Studios.

Bungie will remain in its current location in Kirkland, Washington, and will retain its primary focus on Microsoft platforms. Harold Ryan, Bungie's studio head, commented, "This... will enable us to expand both creatively and organizationally." Ryan also stated that the studio would continue to work on Halo, and "beyond."

"Bungie is like a shark," said Bungie founder Jason Jones. "We have to keep moving to survive. We have to continually test ourselves, or we might as well be dolphins. Or manatees." (Emphasis in the original.)

Bungie's latest release, Halo 3, has nabbed $300 million in sales in its first week, becoming the fastest-selling video game in history, and is even topping charts in Japan.

Gears of Wars is t3h gayness compared to Halo.

Halo 3 is a hicup in gaming development. OF course the online facets of Halo 3 are flawless for what they are. However, the single player focus is all to familiar...,bland and repeptitive. The game offered nothing new, nothing memorable and not much worth mentioning other than it's a really pretty halo game. I'm firing full cyclinders towards the single player aspect. The online sensation is obviously something i dont understand, but the story of the single player game felt empty and half hearted. There was no immersive atmospheric qualities other the the graphics. It is a fine game for what it is. A first person shooter adventure. It just, is not anything special. As a solo gamer, i felt as though most of the attention was focused towards to multiplayer/online department. So, no sir, gears of war is not "t3h gayness" That award goes to the lack of care in the bungie development team 😉

And Gear's cliche half-assed story wasn't? Don't even go there.

I personally loved both games although out of the two I felt Gears was lacking in any real depth of story.

IMO most of Gears was left vague probably for a reason but it still felt vague and I thought the actual ending wasn't that good although I'm hard to please with endings anyways.

By the time Halo 3 came out I felt most of the characters already had a good depth given to them so I really didn't feel left out with that. Although I wish it could have been longer.

At least the Gears environment felt like you were in a war, not a fancy dress rave.
