See things like that frustrate me that's why I never kinda play it on the hardest level. You do things right and somehow, for some reason you still get cut down.

It's the 360 and/or game cheating. But i still play it though but only to the point of utter frustrating and i have a high tolerance.

The game is essentially cheating, yes. The plasma pistol really does fire twice as fast as the plasma rifle does in Legendary mode, the brute shot fired twice as fast too.

Basically, in Legendary mode the AI's weapons are tiwce as powerful as yours, they have more durability then you, they're aim is perfect, and there is three times as many of them then there are in easier modes. Suicide.

So far i've been hanging on but I know it'll get unreasonable. Just on heroic, it was too crazy during the end, especially inside that parasites lair, so i already know it's gonna be ridiculous on legendary to the point of it being not worth playing.

So if it gets to that point it's ok cause I just got 2008 World Series of Poker (W.S.O.P.) Battle for the Bracelets for the 360 and that'll keep me busy until C.O.D. 4 comes out in early Nov.

Well, it's managable, I've beaten it twice now. However it's best to do it with a buddy. Makes things a lot easier.

He has no life at all. All he does is play multiplayer every day for hours. He's probably an ******* too.

I'm decent at Halo 3, I usually have kill rates that hang about +2, well sometimes I have horrible games with -6 or so, or sometimes I have killer games with an killrate of +8 or higher.

I'm all over the place.

I'm good at Halo 3, but mostly because I pretty much lost my social life playing Halo 2 multi online for 2 years.

The most kills I have had in a Halo 3 game so far were 67 kills. It was in The Pit map. I had to save that game.

Is anyone interested in forming a Team Slayer KMC team?

I am tired of playing with a bunch of noobs that will betray because I vetoed or didn't veto a map like they wanted me to.

halo 3 was kind of a dissapointment to me.....
i didnt buy it, but i beat it with my cousin since he bought it

Sure.

I'll probably dont play as much as I used to due to getting Company Of Heroes Opposing Fronts, but I can always play a few matches after 10pm.

I would, I am actually I think a good Halo 3 player.

I'm still learning... I get BSed by the hammer reticle alot

if its hammer vs hammer, and I we both come in for the hit.. as soon as my reticle turns red, I pull the trigger.... and I die... 😕

the sword feels more skillful due to the clashing

I'm also not very good at determining the distance for the 1-hit shotgun death

The hammer is to this game what the chainsaw bayonet is to Gears of War. A fun weapon that is soley based on luck and random lag than knowledge of the weapon. It's something that's there simply as a novelty, you can't depend on it.

The hammer is fun, but Backfire is right.

I find it pretty damn useless too. I also find the plasma sword useless also. By the time I see a guy come near me, they're died from rifle fire.

In my opinion, the assault rifle is the only rifle that is dependable. The Spartan Rifle is fun, but I can never hit anybody with it. I just started using the battle rifle a bit.

The hammer is excellent if you know how to use it. I came up and won a lone wolf match even though I was down 12 kills, purely by using the hammer. As long as you don't go out into the open land and lurk around hallways its the best thing to use, imo.
