I think those screenshots WERE in game shots, but between the time they were taken and the time the game was released, they kinda toned the graphics down a bit (those shots have no aliasing at all, while the actual game is plagued with it).

But yes, the shots above do not actually represent what you actually see in the final game.

Glad to see someone other than General G and Superboy Prime agrees that those are ingame graphics. I already know this myself as I own the game and observed the third person view well. Those shots are no better than what I see when I freeze a video of a saved halo 3 match in third person. Seems the only people claiming those aren't gameplay graphics haven't tried that bit yet.

For the record, the only thing that's been assraped in this thread is that one PS3 fanbot and your Halo hating ass. Nothing else.

No, that fails to be proof quite terribly backing the statement that I implied the trailer had in-game graphics and the reason will follow, not that anyone's here retarded enough to make the claim, at least I hope no one here is. 😬

At first I did not know it was mainly a discussion about in-game graphics. That's when you then told me you were just talking about graphics that are playable. Again, someone bringing up a trailer scene in a discussion about in-game graphics, despite what you think, fails as evidence stating the person was claiming the trailer showed playable graphics. Stop using something that's obviously an assumption as proof to back your statement that reeks of bs.

Then there are your other assumptions that confirm you're just being a pain in the ass. I pity anyone who reads what you say and believes slightly what you're saying is true, since despite what you live to think, you're wrong as an ancient man claiming the world is flat.

Well, in the case with anyone, even with the egotistical Alpha Centauri, failing to have proof that I used different pics will not get any reasonable person who took Psychology 101 their freshman year to believe you, as again, you lack proof (as usual) other than "you're in denial and I'm right". What proof is there to be had, you fool? If I had it, I'd give it. You want proof that you posted the pics I said, correct? How can I do that? I went to get proof, but magically and conveniently the links are gone. There is no other way for me to prove it, because you deleted them just for this purpose, Shin. I have posted the graphic specs of each game, right down to the engines, in my debate with Newjak, which people saw me do. It took me a very long time. If you want to find them, go through my posts. I'm not indulging you. You brought it up, you make the effort.

I think its pretty clear that bioshock has the upper hand in graphics.. lets not blind ourselves with over-used HDR lighting

Them saying Bioshock has better graphics doesn't mean it does, it ACTUALLY having better graphics (Hence why everyone knows it), is why it does.

Bioshock is actually the more innovative of the two, but because one site says Halo is, Halo fans throw a party. I've listed, time and time and time again, why Halo 3 is not as innovative (Three games over two gens and it's still not doing more than a lot of other games), so I think it not in the interests of the thread or people who post here for us to go down the road again, just because A site with a skewed opinion got you excited.

Halo 3's innovation comes in the areas that aren't actually part of the game, but in the extras. The actual game is as generic and 'playing-it-safe' as you can get.
