If you actually check, the CIS won quite a few and held some important planets. And we are not just oging movies canon here. If Sidious were not controlling both sides, the CIS could have won. They had great potential. And the clones are a bunch of copy boys.

No, they wouldn't have. The Clones were superior to the CIS in every way imaginable except for numbers. And.. most of the droids all looked exactly the same... so I don't see your point about "copy boys".

As well as the Covenant are superior to the Humans in pretty much all ways. There was no way the humans could have won this war. Even with the Chief, he is still only one man.

The Covanent lose 90% of there ground engagements in the books, and so they just glass the planet from space. The Covanent tactics are terrible and we see marines like Silva killing three Elite's 1 on 3.

Yeah, they were superior, no doubt about that, they could think creatively. But if you stick enough numbers on some of the most brilliant tactical minds, they will fall. They have to, the numbers would be purely overwhelming. That is what the CIS did. And the droidekas were superior to clones, shields that they could shoot out of, even the Jedi feared them. And droids are supposed to look alike...they are droids. Humans aren't, they were a bunch of copy boys.

I will start with this. The books are a load of crap, the humans are shown as gods and the Covenant like little pussies with water guns. The books try to explain the Covenant and its huge threat on humanity and then in the next paragraph, they destroy an entirearmada of covenant with a pistol.

Regardless of whether or not the books are crap is irrelevant, Bungie has declared them canon and despite there contradictions (imo) Lana has authorized for them to be used in debates here as canon sources, and the books show that the Marines are better tactitions and just as good fighters. No if's ands or buts.

eah, they were superior, no doubt about that, they could think creatively. But if you stick enough numbers on some of the most brilliant tactical minds, they will fall.

This is hypothetical, I can just as easily say that if the Clones had equal numbers to the CIS they would absolutely destroy them in every skirmish. And the Droidekas were just as easily destroyed as all the other droids, they just needed more time and effort. A single clone armed with grenades and a mind could take down a Droideka by himself. Clone Commando's and ARCS were destroying droids by the hundreds in missions. Also, Sideous only influenced the major major. full scale battles. He left the minor skirmishes (Which matter more then major battles, if they add up) to Dooku and his Commanders and Admirals, most of which were outsmarted.

But when they completely contradict the games, it becomes slightly irrelevant. Like the fact that if you put a marine against three Elites in the game on any difficulty with any weapon, they will 100% of the time die. In the books, that one marine, given a plasma pistol could take out 10 of them, all with overshields.

You can't say that though, they NEVER had the numbers advantage. They were not easily destroyed, the Jedi feared them, which means clones wouldn't be too fond of them. Read some Clone Wars books, they didn't like them and they killed their extremely fair share of Clones.

SEPTEMBER 25 FTW 🙂

Hey BH, you know that by saying "And the Droidekas were just as easily destroyed as all the other droids, they just needed more time and effort" is a complete contradiction right?
