I like that idea, actually. His voice is good for the character. He sounds alot like the Blade in the 90's Spider-man cartoon.
True, he seems like the most logical choice to take over the role of Blade in the upcoming live action TV series.

Who is Goyer?
I can't believe your posting in a Blade forum and don't know this by now, David Goyer wrote all three Blade films and also directed the last installment.

trinity was better than 2 and equal with the orginal. So i'm all for a fourth, but am curious who made the decision, seeing how trinity nearly tanked.
Technically there will indeed be a fourth Blade film, but it is not going to be released in theatres. It will be more of a pilot for the upcoming television series headed for Spike TV.
This is old news from May 5th but I'm going to post it in order to clear things up.
"Today it was announced that Spike TV would be developing the next Blade film in a exclusive TV movie effort. Spike TV will adapt the next Blade, as a two-hour, action adventure, television movie in early 2006. The announcement was made by Spike TV President Doug Herzog."
"Blade the TV film will be produced by New Line Television and Marvel Studios. David Goyer is executive producer. He penned the three screenplays for the Blade trilogy, and produced and directed the last installment of the franchise, Blade: Trinity."
