No, you used photoshop to filter the image. The term "photoshopped" is applied with the meaning of taking time and effort to produce a work of art in the program. Not "I used photoshop therefore it's photoshopped" which seems to be the common misconception.
Syren was indirectly correct with ONE thing. You can't say "Paint Shop Pro'd it" because the term "photoshopped" isn't derived from a name of a program, it's attached to a process, a process that girl did not go through. Like it or not, that's how it is.

Knowing a few chords on guitar doesn't make you a guitarist or a musician, it means you know a tiny bit about an instrument, just like her. Except her instrument isn't musical. Using photoshop doesn't make her a photoshopper, just like knowing chords doesn't make you a guitarist. I can sit here and tell you about piano chords, techniques etc, but knowing them doesn't make you a pianist.
Playing Mary Had a Little Lamb doesn't make you a pianist. I've worked for a long time to get where I am on piano, so for someone to play a couple of TV tunes and say "I'm a pianist" would be very disrespectful, and false.
The same applies to photoshop.
