Look up the word "Gay", one of the definitions is "Happy". Doesn't quite mean that anymore does it? Why? Evolution of terms.
Photoshopped means a piece of intricate art composed and/or created by a digital image program. Not necessarily photoshop. Any digital artist will tell you strict definitions on what "photoshopped" means, and that counts for a lot more than a wikipedia or websters definition.

There are two ways of using Photoshopped...one when you use Photoshop to change the apperance of a photo and the other is what you're saying...obviously it wasn't meant in the sense of the later, but has been completely blown out of proportion and taken out of context..
