Think about it this way. If you know that a person does not get enough dietary fiber..then the kind thing to do would be to continue to offer them the apple, despite their initial rejection.
You continue to offer the apple to them, not because you want to coerce or control them, but instead because you do not want to see them suffer the ill effects of lack of fiber in their diet.(ie constipation, hemmoroids, IBS, etc) 😄
True Christians continue to offer the apple..because they love their fellow man..and don't want to see him/her suffer the ill effects of having an unhealthy "spirtual" diet
True Christians also know when to stop offering the "apple"..and allow their fellow man to be contented with something that will not fulfill their "spiritual" needs.
