its coming out in 06? my GI said that ps3 and xbox2 are coming by the end of this year with elder scrolls IV as a launch title.....it could be wrong, they usually make mistakes like this -_-
Buddy, graphics aint everything, especially for an handheld.
There's alot of rumors about the next Nintendo console. This is an excerpt from Gamespot's rumor control feature, " One, he confirms a rumor that was widely circulated last year--that the Revolution's controllers will incorporate gyration technology. It will have dual processors, four controller ports, built-in broadband, and an Xbox-esque hard drive that can store downloaded and saved content. (Can you say, "Son of 64DD?"😉 While the Revolution will be backward-compatible with GameCube games, it will not have Game Boy Advance or DS connectivity. Instead, it will link up to the vaunted Game Boy Evolution, the near-mythical successor to the GBA."
But it' just a rumor so we have to wait and see till E3
-good graphics are cool tho, might as well play a game that doesnt hurt my eyes. Graphics are a part of the reviews tho
-dude, they gotta have they compatibility with DS...since when did nintendo start doin online stuff??
-gyration technology???wats that??
-the controller rumour said that they r gettin rid of the traditional directional pad and a and b button combo
Yes, good graphics are good to have but it good graphics at cost of playability isnt good. You still gotta play the game. They dont want to cut the screen by a couple of cm's so people could actually use the button because it cuts down on the graphics is retarded.
Well of a this is rumors that a guy said is 65 per cent complete.
- the reason for not having connectivity with DS is because it would have connectivity with the new Gameboy (remember DS is not replacing Gameboy, its completly different)
-well maybe they want to look into the online market before making the final decision in putting broadband. See whats the positive things developer's are doing and whats the negative thing about online play for consoles. Its a smart business decision because they dont waste any money
- from some research i did, gyration technology allows computer mice to move ONSCREEN WITHOUT being on a table or something. Essentially, you can move the cursor on the TV screen with the controller, and not hit any analog sticks.
Then again, this is all a rumor.
What I meant was that you didnt have to use the analog stick to move your cursor on screen, you would move the controller hats in your hand instead. You will still be holding the controller.
I'm guessing on this from what I found out , so i dont know if this is true or not. I would be similiar to the Eye Toy but instead of using a camera to move, you would use laser's or infrared and you would have to move. But again, I dont know.
An interesting idea. I'd like to see Nintendo come out with competent tech for that.
As for the PSP... for Sony, the playability won't really matter at first. They're just selling the thing.
And let's face it, despite all the stories of defects, the PSP is going to get eaten up like a cake at a birthday party. They'll get money, regardless.
THEN, when there's the public outcry about the defects, they'll release a PSP that actually works well, sucking up yet more money.
So, don't buy PSPs, buy Sony stock.
