No, silly. It's from Legend, with Tom Cruise. It's Tim Curry as the Devil. Not a very good movie (imo), but it's kind of a cult classic.

Last night, I watched the first Mission : Impossible and First Knight.

And then I just got done watching Chinatown. *two thumbs up*

I did watch about forty minutes of Basic Instinct last night, but then I had to stop. I kept yelling at Michael Douglas for being such an idiotic with a big dash of chauvinistic pig of a character.

I thought it was supposed to be, you know, intriguing. Not soft core [and sometimes a little bit harder] porn.

The Possession - so I ended up watching this movie like I said I would.. hehe

There was no great fleet battle between good and evil? And it didn't really offer anything new to the exorcist franchise. Natasha Calis, the young girl who is possessed looked an awful lot like Regan linda blair; which makes you wonder were they trying to bring back the successful 70's version. Nothing was really said about the demon other then it was jewish mysticism and called the dybbuk...

I give it a 4/10 and the movie kind of reminds you of the unborn.

^ Was it as bad as The Rite, with Anthony Hopkins? Good lord, that movie was atrocious..

That box from that The Possession movie actually does exist, Not sure about it holding an evil spirit.

Freaking cool Horror Anthology. A bunch of thugs break into a house to steal a tape and find a dead man.

They find a bunch of tapes and decide to watch them.

The rite was much better then this, there were only a few scene with other characters besides the family and only two people died in the movie. Same deal broken family girl is possessed and father is trying to save her.. nothing really new. 😘

Yah, this is actually an old Jewish myth/mysticism/whatevs. Kind of akin to the legend of Bluebeard. There is somewhere supposed to be a box with the word "dybbuk" [Yiddish for demon] on it. Supposed to be un-get-in-able.

Yet whoever gets their hands on it is seized with an incredibly curiosity to open it, normal methods don't work, yadda yadda yadda. But the box is meant for somebody, and when it reaches that person they can open it, BOOM and possessed. If exorcism works, the demon goes back into the box until it can repeat itself.

Yeah I have absolutely no interest in watching the possession. Looks like a paycheck movie.

Paige Turco (the second april) was a much better april, she was warmer then the first one.

They had age spots in the back of their head as if they were deceased, their eyes even became more smaller and darker in the 2, 3 one...lol
