Well, I watched Neil Marshall's Centurion (2010) last night, but my netflick copy was messed up, so I haven't seen the last 30 minutes or so yet. But I'm definitely getting a replacement for it. It's got Michael Fassbender, the guy who plays The Governor on The Walking Dead, and Dominic West (who doesn't suck quite as bad in it). Stylistically it's nothing special at all, but it's violent and kind of a fun little action/adventure story set during the Roman Empire. I kind of wonder how accurate to history it is, but it's pretty cool. I haven't been extremely impressed with Neil Marshall's work before this, but some decent cinematography and a fun adventure make this my favorite so far.

I was the "poor hubby that's always interested in your tastes, dear."Man, I really don't understand movies that pass for comedies these days...
It was a paycheck movie. Richard Ayoade was cool but a bad launch into Hollywood. I actually liked Vaughn in this.....he usually pisses me off. Goes to show how bad the movie was.
