Major Grom Plague Doctor. A Netflix russian movie.
Fun film, I don’t know any of the actors because they all are Russians, but the cast was pretty solid.
I like Grom’s ability to play multiple scenarios in his head, and we get to see them played out.
I was disappointed when we learned who the main bad guy was so early in the movie, but they made it up for it by revealing a nice plot twist half way through the movie.
Overall good movie, I also suggest watching it in Russian, it’s far more fun than the dubbed version.
It seems their might be sequels in the works if it’s popular since we received a teaser at the end.
Pig (2021)
With Nicolas Cage. It was alright. It's kind of hailed as a great Nic Cage movie, and he does deliver a decent, more subdued performance (definitely by his standards), but I found it somewhat boring. A little too artsy-fartsy for my taste. Honestly I didn't quite feel why he had such a strong attachment to his pig. John Wick really gut-punched you with it, but this was just... meh.

When I saw the title I immediately thought of Pervo. Nickolas Cage is going to be a huge pig in this movie, but its disappointing to hear 😆 Does he atleast **** the pig?

He does random movies so he's not tight cast. If you look his last movies, they all have to do with investigating. Was he atleast badass when he found out who stole his pig?
