Man, that'll confuse me! I'll just assume it.

Heh.

"That will be a simple matter, Galder," Rand says. "Just come up with something creative..."

Rand watches the planet as they descend.

At last somewhere interesting... Rah muses to himself.

Takuan waits as they descend

There is a strong wind on this world, and the greenish tint persists in the outside. Still, there is evidence of habiation and use all around on the moon; it is in fact quite a bustle of activity.

The Ghost Citadel itself is half built into a vast rock formation, jutting out in a most ugly fashion on top, bulging out in places underneath. You head for one of these bulges right now, descending into the gloom of the lower hangards of the Ghost Citadel.

Sorry guys...

As Rex knows , I stayed awake all night... But then slept most of today 😉

Anyway, thanks Ush, that's what I was going to say.

Tanic prepares for landing.

Yup! I stayed up ALMOST all night as well, Trick. Got 2 hours of sleep, from 4 to 6! 😠

"You'd think 'the Ghost Citadel of the Golden Serpent' would be something grand, but this place is pretty ugly looking," Galder comments about the structure as he helps Tanic bring the ship down.

"Remember, do not use your names or anyone elses..." Rand reminds, before hiding his lightsaber deep within his robes.

"I wonder if Doon stored any guns on this ship. It would be more convincing if we were armed with at least pistols at our hips..."

(Wusses I've had only 5 hours sleep in the 50 hours...yawn)

"Good point!" Rah agrees, as he hides his sabre and makes his blaster more accessible.
"Who do we report to when we land?" Rah asks
'Hmmm wonder what the hallucinations are going to be like? Rah muses whilst getting ready.

(I think my eternal inability to sleep is rubbing off on Rex and Trickster...heh heh...)

"Ugly is about right..." Rianna replies to Galder, while hiding her saber out of sight but still within easy reach.

"This Citadel doesn`t look that impressive" -Gallador hides his lightsaber deep in the robes.

Doon can have supplied you guys with the silvery guns that he had at his base, like the one he wears. They are custom jobs he designed himself, with different coloured clips representing different ammo types, from blaster shots to underwater ammo. Not that you can be carrying that much stuff.

It's almost pitch black where you land. Some twenty openly armed goons are there to meet you, with a head goon looking contemptuously at you when you disembark.

"Newbies..." he says, with a sneer. "And what business could you possibly have here?"

Rand straps the gun on before leaving the ship, then exits at the head of the group, with Tanic next to him for aided fibbing and Galder on the other side to aid him if things were to go wrong...

"The Empire of Pity wishes to salute the Golden Serpent," Rand replies, bowing. "We have brought a gift for Master Jena herself, and it is to be presented to her in person."

"It will bring reminders of the greatness of the Serpent back to the Galaxy...and just how dangerous it is..."

"That is Mistress Jena to you, scum, and your oh-so-grand outfit means nothing to me. Give me your gift, and I shall take it to her."

Galder does not take the silvery blaster, but instead slings the SMG over his back. He hides his lightsabers, one in his arm compartment and the other in his jacket.

(I am assuming that Rand has Persis' lightsaber to present it, if I presented it they'd probably get paranoid...)

He says absolutely nothing, giving the others a look to let them know they should do the same, other than Rand and Tanic.

(Yes, that was the intent...)

"My apologies," Rand says (d'oh!). "And I must apologize again, for I may not present it to you. It is to go straight to Mistress Jena herself, from my hand to her's."

The man chuckles.

"Give me the gift," he says, "and I might not tell her that you came here to kill her. We'll see who she would believe, of course..."

Rand chuckles back, a little heartier than the other man.

"Fool, you think I am here to assassinate her?" Rand says. "Insanity. I do not wish to have the Serpent slithering after me and poison me with its fangs..."

"I don't care what you are here for," says the man. "But you are the fool, because if I tell her, she'll believe it. So give me the gift, and we are all sqaure..."

Rand shakes his head. "I am afraid not, my friend."

"You will allow me to deliver the gift to Jena..." Rand says, using the Force to give influence to his words.
