Tanic is very perceptive- AK is far more useful alive than dead. The mentality of not killing everyone you meet is essential for any long-term success- think Palpatine.

If we could hitch a ride with AK to get off the planet, could we launch the Serpent ship to the rendezvous with auto-pilot, so that the Osokans crowd around it or whatever Helkin's attack plan is, and then sneak in while they're focusing on the Serpent ship?

Hell, we could just use the Serpent ship if they don't vaporize it, to get off Kuoni. Kill Helkin, then rush to where we landed the ship after getting our business done?

I said this planet's level of urbanisation was like Earth's. The fact this planet has starports suggests that the tech level is rather higher!

That ship is the only one you have to escape with, so do keep it intact! But it could reasonably be used as a distraction.

Those transports are armed- they could certainly shoot you down if you got close enough.
