Well, Combat Push doesn't actually help you hit anyone harder... and would still increase your risk of exposure so I'll discount that for now.
Sreman rolls +2... nice try, but no good! He dodges your next blow in reply... but a +9 from you makes it a mighty blow indeed, a kick direct to the face!
We'll call it a new sequence there.
Rah: 12(4)/0/12
Sreman: 2/20/11
Your blow, Rah!

"If you haven't made your own arrangements," says the Compere, "then nope!"
People are now starting ti make hurried bets on the two of you.
-
Gallador, you get a similar vibe as to what Takuan got. However, you get rather more emphaisses the gorwing distance between the citadel and the rest of the Serpent, along with the rumours that two major operations have recent been blown out- one of Yago's, and one of Jena's, and that these are serious pieces of bad news.
As for the tablet... rumour has it that no person other than Vigo has touched it, and no person ever sees it. He's not aware of knowing anyone that ever guarded it.
-
Nope, your guy has no idea, Takuan. Other than Vigo.
-
Tanic, your effective quick-draw skill is therefore 25. Coincidentally, that is what the simulatd opponent is firing back at you with! Beuing simulated, it rolls evens each time.
You roll +2, for a 27! Win! The screen turns red and plays a jaunty jingle to register your hit.
"Ohhh, good shot sir!" says the Rodian. "Now please replace your weapon for round two..."
That there most certainly is. The Citadel is hierarchial by level- the more important you are, the higher you can go; the Lantarnans live at the top. All the levels are connected by stairs only- no lifts. There is a certain backwards feel to the whoie citadel which is apparently traditional. So all the stairs up are guarded. Other than that, there seems to be nowhere off-limits on the lower level, which is where all the fun is.
-
Somewhat vague question that, Takuan! Gimme a plan or idea and I'll throw something back at you. You could go find Rand and fill him in, presuming he hasn't been eaten yet. Obviously, we are somewhat indistinct on Rianna and Rand's situation right now.
-
Going ahead with round II, Tanic?
"Silence!" he shouts to the invisible Doon, holding his lightsaber ready for the opponents coming for him. "Rattatak happened to long ago to have any affect on me now, and I will not let it affect me again!"
Rand closes his eyes and concentrates on making the hallucinations go away, focusing on the fact that he cannot have been magically transported from the halls of the Citadel to the fighting arena of Rattatak...
If he senses danger incoming, he does his best to ignore it, but attacks his attacker if it is too strong.
Rand, you stumble, and as your arm flails, it catches the wall of the corridor besides you.
You struggle for a momewnt to draw in a deep, deep breathe as normality surrounds you.
... pain?
You raise your hand to your face. The side of it is bruised... where the Graal hit you.
-
Ok, Galder, let's go!
Galder: 10(6)/0/13
Iron Bars: 4/0/11
Your move!
No, your leg is fine, Rand. You recall receiving that BEFORE you fought the Graal. Odd...
"You seem a bit distracted right now.." comes Doon's voice.
"I'll be back..."
-
Well, they aren't named characters or anything, Takuan. In fact, at this level they are standard mooks; might get a but better as you get higher. All in all, you reckon that you guys could trick or talk your way past them. Forcing past the, no hassle either, though that would only be the start of your problems. Sneaking past, almost impossible- narrow stairs, nowhere to hide; they simply cannot not see you. Unless they were distracted.
-
Starting off hard core, eh, Galder? Iron bars will dodge; his skill is 13 so that takes him to 15. You roll evens... a miss! Hmm, this guy is a tricky one...
He's starting softer. He tries a simple, though competent, jab at your ribs with his bars.
