um who ever was the one who wrote that dd and wolverine fought in the fall of mutants is a lier I own the comic. they did not fight even thou it said daredevil vs wolverine. wolverine was thinking of killign dare devil cuz dare devil is an idiot. also chelds right wolverine clearly out class dd in ever way ecpt tie in sense. also for all u think he a little stronger then dd ur wrong he is much much stronger

Second, I don't think Wolvie's healing abilities are much of a real factor in a bout like this. If its a death bout, then even Thing and Hulk would have a tough time putting him down. Hell, the only times we see Wolvie dying are when he gets completely incinerated by something. Powered Sentinel, nuke, Odinforce. In a character vs Wolverine death bout, you're almost always going to have to give a great advantage to Wolverine.
If you're talking about a duel in general then your view needs to be skewed. What's a normal duel run like? Just pick the normal hero vs anti-hero archetype bout. One wants a criminal alive, the other wants him dead, they get into a fight and somebody usually comes out looking like a winner. Why do you think comic writers use this formula so often? Nobody wants to kill off characters but they sure as hell want to see em fight. This type of thinking doesn't appear logical at first, since we're so conditioned into thinking loss=death. But if somebody put up a thread, Gorgon v Logan, I'd think its safe to say it'd be a split. Yes, Wolvie can and did in fact kill Gorgon at the end, but are you guys going to ignore Wolvie got owned by Gorgon in their first fight? He beat him, but he didn't kill him. That should count for something. I think a lot of posters undervalue that and ignore everything in favor of hard stats (if there is such a thing with retcons and PIS).
Oh, and IMO, the two split it. You could argue their fighting skills and strength, speed and agility aren't far enough to pose any real advantage. Cept maybe DD's senses, which are on a different level than Wolvie's because he's got an additional layer that Logan could never match. DD's billy club is usually used for knocking people out after thumping their skull. Worthless against an adamantium cranium. Wolvie's claws force DD to keep on the defensive and he's a pretty crafty mofo also.
I don't have it, but he once dueled Elektra on a building top during Onslaught. The plot is dumb but the fight is cool because it ends with him stalemating Elektra by surpressing his animal side and using feints to maneuver him into a position to grab an imbedded katana. It completely took her off guard. If you guys ever watched 'Ninja Scroll,' just think about the hero Jubei fighting the blind samurai in a forest of bamboo leaves and that's exactly what happened. Now that I think about it, the writer may have ripped that off from 'Ninja Scroll!' >😛 Granted, I think DD is more resourceful in this manner which was shown in "Enemy of the State." Go down like a crumpled heap and grab a heavy iron dumbbell to shake Wolvie's brain inside his ole noggin.

I say Wolverine, but even so:

Speed: I'm going with DD on this one. He's more agile.

Harder Hit: That's a hard one, but you'd be surprised at the hits Matt has put on some in the past. Look how he was mushing Punisher's face in Means and Ends. Probably Logan... I'm not sure.
Fighting Skills: Wolvie doesn't actually show his martial arts side much though so I'm going with DD
Guts to kill: Wolverine, obviously.

In termsof martial arts, daredevil is just in a league far above wolverine. He's pretty much on equal footing with elektra and she's managed to trash him several times. Bullseye has adamantium bones too and that hasn't usually stopped DD from end those fight very quickly. The only advantage (and it's a major one) that Wolverine has is the healing factor. So basically DD has to knock him unconscious. For those who doubt, here's some lists-

This fight is closer than I originally thought. Any one who thinks Wolvie's senses are equal to DD obviously has enough money to pay for the good drugs. All DD's senses but sight are better. Wolvie's a bit faster, but DD gets a head start on everything because of the senses. DD's just gotta hit many pressure points, & nutshots before he gets too tired. If he gets tired, he's bantha fodder.

Well, he might have been able to HANG with the Hulk for a little bit, but Wolverine has BEATEN the Hulk at least twice.
