Any fight between the two would not be a one shot deal. Any writer would milk this for all its worth. The story would begin where Wolverine is probably roughing up some guy who kidnapped a little orphan girl (see every other Wolverine story for examples of this). Batman sees trouble and ropes down into the shadows. Wolverine smells Batman (although batman could mask his scent, he does not usually). Wolverine says something like “Hey bub, I’m just taking out the trash” as Batman steps out of the shadows. Batman would demand that Wolverine drop the man he was interrogating and Wolverine would refuse and probably make the first move. A melee would ensue, with Wolverine continuing to attack to spite Batman various deterrents. Batarangs, gas, explosives, etc, would do nothing to really stop Wolverine. Wolverine would get angry that he can’t take this guy down as easily as he could any other Jack a$$ in a costume so he pops his claws and proceeds to cut an unaware Batman deeply across the chest. Wolverine would go into a speech about how he is the best he is at what he does, listing his various advantages to the bleeding Batman. “Bub I can heal faster than you can hurt, my bones can’t be broken, and my mutant senses let me smell and hear you a mile away.” Batman reaches into his belt and produces a Sonic Emitter which plays havoc on Wolverine’s mutant hearing. This gives Batman enough time to get into his Batmobile and retreat. Is the fight over, hell no, as I said before any writer would milk this baby into at least a 4 part mini series.
Wolverine would continue to hunt down said child abuser, kidnaper, whatever. Batman recovers from his injuries in the Batcave. Wolverine would almost certainly run into some villain like Joker, or Penguin who would say “Oh I though you were Batman, your just some weak fool” and then get thoroughly beaten.
Batman would fully recover from his injuries and adopt a more appropriate utility belt, armor, equipment etc. He would track down Wolverine who by this time would have likely located said little girl. Wolverine would get all the bad-guys but be intercepted by Batman before he can get to the girl. Batman outmaneuvers an increasingly angry Wolverine. After doing some hefty Berserker damage to Batman Wolverine would get tranquilized, electrocuted, netted, poisoned, and generally subdued. Batman would rescue the little girl and return to find Wolverine’s X-men buddies dragging his unconscious body onto the black bird. Batman would protest but then Cyclops would make some stupid idle threat forcing Batman to back down.
Result: Neither is likely to kill the other, even in a Berserker rage. If Wolverine does not kill Batman outright then Batman will heal and return far better equipped and there are countless examples of Wolverine getting the beat down to spite his healing factor and skeleton.

Wolverine is A mutant with a healing Factor and also with Admantium Bones and claws.Also because the healing factor no one really know how old hes is.Actually I do according to marvel comics he's 120 years old but the healing factor makes him appear to be in his mid 30's or actually he ages slower than the normal man . He fought in world war II alongside Cap,He also is survialist ,martial artist ,has bad memory,train soldier,and is a berseker,who has good endurance.
