If Hulk is fueled by rage, and his power is continues, given that it is being fueld . Then the most Rogue could do is absorb SOME of the Hulks energy. As long as the Hulk was enraged, i find it impossible for Rogue to be able to drain all of his energy. There is no limit on the Hulks rage or power, which is why i hate the bastard so much. As Alpha pointed out, trauma died by trying to do the same thing that would be Rogues only hope. Now maybe rogue is different, but seeing the trouble she has had with the abilities she has absorbed in the past, there is nothing showing that she would be able to control the Hulks energy. She couldnt even handle arch angel when he was one of A-poc's horsemen. I think the reasoning behind that was because archangel was so conflicted in his mind. You would be hard pressed to find anyone more conflicted than Banner as the hulk.
At most, rogue would absorb some of the Hulks energy and it would be a knuckle match untill either Hulks rage wore off, or Rogues Hulk strength wore off. Which one do you think is longer lasting?

The hulks additional mass and strength are siphoned from an extra dimensional source. When banner angers and transforms to hulk an aperture opens and it initiates the transfer. His power source is not his emotion. His emotion initiates the transfer. The angrier he gets the more mass and power are transferred to him. Theres the difference. No Rogue cant absorb the hulks emotion. But then she doesnt have to. She absorbs physical properties and pysches. The hulks powers are a physical thing which she has absorbed before as x men readers would know. The adrenaline rush caused by the hulks increasing anger is obviously physical and it is that which gives him his virtually unlimited strength. This aspect of his power is a physical thing. If rogue absorbed his powers and angered then her power too would increase. Im not saying rogue would definitely win. But the way some of u are dismissing her like she wouldnt stand a chance is ridiculous. If she didnt get a chance to absorb his powers then id go for hulk otherwise rogue has a decent chance.
Well, if you had multiple personalities that frequently competed for dominance, experienced a horrifying childhood that you constantly tried to put behind you, were continually hounded by obsessive military officers with self-serving agendas, were considered public enemy number one despite risking your life repeatedly to save the planet, were looked down upon by the "superhero community" in spite of all of the times you whomped some megalomaniac they couldn't handle, were frequently sought after by villains who wanted to use you(willingly or unwillingly) in their petty schemes to rule the world, were occasionally betrayed by the handful of people that you thought you could trust, and had learned that in at least two alternate futures you will become a cruel, self-serving, and all-powerful dictator who takes what he wants and destroys the rest -- would you really CARE if people thought you had a problem?!!
Rogue would become crazy from absorbing Hulk.

You misunderstand. Read my post. The Hulk still has a sex drive right? Certain things would still distract him from his anger.

darkage is smart but wrong rogue tryed to absorb juggernaut but couldn't handle it and hulk is stronger that juggrnaut so hulk would win.
unless rogue got naked and started sweet talkin to hulk his anger would go dow and he would turn to banner and all she has to do to banner is a quick touch and he is absorbed and about 10 seconds would kill him so it depends is rogue is smart or tryes to take him head up
