I don't know who would win, but Rogue has a good chance. Stealing powers, that's her true talent, and there's no reason to believe she can't steal / absorb Hulks powers.

She absorbed Things powers in a second or two, and absorbed Thors powers too. Hulks powers ? I don't see why not.

I’m not sure about Trauma (don’t know anything about him) but when Rouge absorbs powers she get more then the power but the knowledge to use it, and his healing as well. However she may be able to knock him out with the drain but that wouldn’t kill him and he would regain his strength unless she held on a very long time then she would become the new Hulk.

if rogue has a chance to hold or touch even kiss hulk while fighting.. she will win the fight she absorb hulk's super human power she would be use gamma-crush to hulk.. if she can

that's must be a joke, it would not be even a fight (100/100 hulk)
