yeah bush was secretly trying to say i am talking over Iran during his speech to his comrades, oh sorry i mean union!! The news people are going to have a lot to cover for the next four years guys. The key is now when will the crusade start to take Iran over. March , 3 months 1 year. The question is not if but when. !!!
Americans are widely noted as having the best intelligence in the world... but they committed to disarming a country that didn't have any WMD's. could it be coincidence that Iraq happened to be the second most oil enriched nation in the world? and guess what Iran happens to be the third biggest supplier in the world
America has WMD, but they don't need to use them. The problem with America directly attacking a "more dangerous" country that has nuclear weapons capabilities is that one false move can result in a nuke-fest that would decimate the planet.
Bush and his advisors choose middle eastern countries with corrupt dictators because it is far easier to trick the American people into believing that they might have ties to Al Queda or other terrorist regimes that would be more than happy to unleash nuclear weapons on the United States.
Counties like North Korea, who are considerably more dangerous than Iran or Iraq, have no reason to use weapon of mass destruction at this point. Negotiations and diplomatic measures can be taken place in regards to such nations.
Religious leaders and the ever popular Ayatollah's could detonate a nuke against the United States in the name of their beloved Jihad...which has already been declared agains the US.
plus america declared war on russia a country that could could match america nuke 4 nuke.Soviet Union could Russia cant, much of the old Soviet nuclear arsenal is found in Ukraine and Belarus, former Soviet republics together with Russian and a bunch of ohter republics. The break up of the Soviet Union did hard on the "strength" of the Russian nuclear program, and as of today no one can match the US nuclear arsenal

so the fact that these countries are worth billions in oil revenue do not have a decisive impact in America invading them???
a decisive impact? No.
some minor impact? Yes.
American oil prices haven't gone anywhere as a result of this war. If anything, prices have gone up. Last time I checked there weren't any American companies settled in Iraq just stealing oil from the country. Business deals gets signed and in doing so the Iraqi economy gets boosted. Currently Iraq is believed to be one of the top 5 countries in the world in regards to UNTAPPED oil resources.
Experts estimate that Iraq, before the war, was producing only 1/3 the amount of oil per day that it was capable of producing. Oil is a valuable resource that when tapped, can provide a VERY robust ecomony for the Iraqi people.
Is America going to ge oil as a result of this war? Undoubtably. But they are going to obtain this oil through business deals and by spending money to help establish a larger market for the product. A lot of business is going to come Iraq's way from America that wasn't available in the past because of the Gulf War.
America invaded Iraq to eliminate a leader they personally didn't like, and to establish their ideal government in the dictators place in order to make Iraq a role model country for others in the region. After all, if Iraq can flourish as a democracy....wouldn't be safe to assume almost any country could?

meh, although I'm on the fence on most of this stuff I got to wonder, would all that extra revenue and income coming from the firms be a bad thing? I'm sure it could help the economy.
