Superman has proven he can go faster then the Speed Of Light anywhere. The fact that he chooses not to in earth atmosphere means nothing. In fact, there were some people who said he doesn't want because he can destroy objects around him. He is not flash which the Speed Force prevents from destroying objects.

I loved that version of Superman, he was a beast.
I think he was trying to say within the context of the show he wasn't but honestly that's crap. Other than the fight with Superman his only other battle was swooping in and punking Parasite after Parasite had absorbed Metamorpho and I think Elongated Man's powers. He was pretty well established as being more or less equal to Superman but with the magic advantage. Superman won due to his experience and his using Cap's own attack against him like in KC.

Naah, Supes was a beast in that show. He was running through everybody and their grandmomma and he was doing it easily.
He ran through captain adam, Captain marvel, and Darkseid like they were nothing (except captain marvel, that was a pretty good fight).

Captain Marvel has always demonstrated as being the superior in a fight against Supes in my opinion.
The only reason I gave Supes 4/10 is because of his experience and me agreeing with JLking, heatvision does play its toll. Its not going to drop marvel but it'll set up attacks for Supes.
