I'd say Marvel is wiser than Superman. In terms of physical showings, it's heavily implied over and over that they're peers.

Stalemate, NO, he has defeated Superman and Superman relys on plot devices to even hang with cap.

I never said that cap is stronger, I said that it does not take much for him to ko supes which we have two panels proving this.
In Superman/Batman, why did Supes throw Cap to batman.
Read what he said and you'll know why he need batmans assistance.
The sad thing about this is you accept Superman saying that he can crush planets but when Supes admit that he cant tango with someone, you throw it out of the window.

Honestly, that whole "castling" move was dumb. Batman is apparently more capable to take on CM than Superman is.

I agree but every time Cap and Supes fought, Supes makes the same comment or Cap would say it. So its pretty much set in stone that Cap is Superman Kryptonite.

Superman admitted that CM has the advantage, which I admitted. Though, it isn't something to be taken as a fact. Superman still has other powers which is why I easily give him more wins
