Yeah, you are right, I'm getting mixed up with the debates. I agree with you, darkseid was stomping supes but again, that supes was holding back, when they went outside, darkseid didnt stand a chance. He used new powers on a Supes that wasnt pressing his attack.

I wouldn't say he was defenseless. And even then none of Superman's attacks did any damage to Darkseid. In most of their fights Darkseid has a bloody nose and/or lip by the end if not worse but in that fight there isn't a scratch on him. Superman may have been physically stronger but his attacks did nothing.
I agree with this but my point was Superman was a beast in that cartoon and he was running through every body that got in his way.

OOOOHHH, you are talking about THAT fight. During the time Darkseid was stomping on superman, Superman was holding back. When superman took the cuffs off, darkseid was defenseless.He had to use his amp to take superman out and that wouldnt even had worked if superman pressed his attack instead of flying down in front of darkseid.

Answer this, you remember when supes sped blitzed while darkseid was in the air and hit him to the ground.
What if Supes flew down again with a blitz (instead of just flying in front of him onto the ground watching him get up) and kept punching him and hit him while he was still sore from the first attack; darksied would of got stomped. Superman allowed him the opportunity to attack.

I got the impression that even without the Agony Matrix Darkseid could have kept it up all day. In the entire fight he was only once even slightly bothered and that was when Superman gave his speech. He was more frustrated and annoyed than concerned. If Luthor hadn't swooped in Darkseid would have killed Superman and eventually every other hero.
With an amp, yes, he would have killed Supes.
