We have one scan on the previous page of Supes getting two shotted, I'll let you find the eclipso fight yourself, too much work but here, superman ADMITS that marvel has the advantage toe to toe. Take this scan how you want to, you are going to discredit it like you discredit everything else.

Superman knocked out his peers in 2 hits. Doesn't mean nothing. Superman defeated a beings with the same power as himself with better fighting moves. Show me why CM is a better fighter? YOU GOT NOTHING

superman is faster.
superman won't be put down in two punches. you can't use a cheapshot as evidence when he wasn't even fighting back.
of course it does. tactics plays as much a role in close quarters as it does ranged combat.
i doubt he's taken full power heat vision, as superman wouldn't use it on him.

Not two punches but he'll drop faster than cap would in a slug fest since it only took one punch to make him dizzy and another punch to finish him, even if it was a surprise attack.
I cant see tactics working against someone that is your peer.
He has taken much more than heat vision and a lot of people have withstood Supermans heat vision (wonder woman). So I'm pretty sure cap would be ok from a dose of heat vision.
