well i wouldn't say Hv can not hurt Captain but if i had to pick between the twos powers id pick CM's because you would have more invulnerability
(it would not only give you the same protection as superman but would also protect you from magics and such better then supermans)
and for the record i have never seen on panel the hv going through CM soooo i doubt it could...no doubt it could hurt him but i really doubt it could pierce him.

now as for Kryptonians hurting each other that make perfect seance...i mean a kryptonians weakness does not have to end at kryptonight...i mean anything that comes from krypton and absorbs radiation from the yellow sun should have the ability/possibility to harm any or all kryptonian's under the power of a yellow sun.
as far as heat vision hurting/piercing "more powerful" beings and still not hurting/piercing a Marvel...yes it is not that far of a fetch because The Marvels have a magical "Invincibility" that well protects from a lot...yes getting hurt is possible and getting busted up yea (especially by another marvel...for instance BA vs CM) but full on peirced has yet to be seen except in BA Dark ages...which is the magic from the rock of eternity shard that really does it.

BA is a pissed off version of captian marvel, BA should fair better against supes then cap. Ba wont hold a punch. ONly a severly pissed off superman will defeat BA.
