paid period days!

Absolutely, back on topic I say give them the 24 days. 👆

🙄

Like I said, the only way this is reasonable or even fair is if the companies give that time off to everyone who works for them. You can't pick and choose who gets days off for what, if you give an option to one person to have a day off then you must give it too everyone.

I wish I had days off from headaches I get from girls on their periods.

If it is covered by a Doctor's note then it should simply be given the same attention as anyone with a recurrent medical problem- no gender discrimination, just a global policy to such issues.

😱 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂

It this necessary? 😕 What's the difference between feeling pain at work or home?

I truly believe that if period pains are so bad it means extra time off work then the person who has them must have a more serious problem. I get them so bad sometimes that I'm almost crippled, but three or four 500mg ibuprofen's do the trick. They make me hella drowsy, but at least the pain's gone 🙄 Anything horrific enough to constitute time off work needs a medical examination.

then guys should get days off for getting kicked in the nuts. this is really not necessary, i mean they use pms an excuse for everything already... they're gonna use thme for days off too?

Pffft! Guy's don't understand the pain involved.

Well, obviously if they've seen a doctor and have a note, then that's one thing. But otherwise...yeah, I know, cramps hurt like a b!tch, I get them so bad at times that I can't even get myself out of bed. However, I've found that 800 mg of ibuprofen always helps a lot.

FORGIVE MY IGNORANCE but how do the doctors know if it's genuine pain, or they're not just exagerating it for days off? 😕

800mg?? I need about 2000 😂

Damn 😂

😆 I think I made myself practically immune to medication at some point in the past 😮

Maybe that's why you have to take so much, you've built up an immunity 😛 I only take any ibuprofen when it IS bad to the point that I can't even move and then I take the minimum to make me feel better 😂

OMG... things like paracetamol don't work. 2000mg Ibuprofen is the nearest I can get to morphine 😄

Neither tylenol or aspirin work for me anymore...if ibuprofen stopped working for me I'd be so screwed because I get such terrible headaches and it's the only thing that makes them go away anymore 😮
