🙄 I think it's degrading to women, women who have been striving for equality for years. If women can't hack the pace they shouldn't complain about preferential treatment. Simple really.

but sy, you can't say the same women that protested for equality are the same ones wanting these paid days

I don't get period pain. If i do i get away with a dose of panadol. Lucky me.

Ya know I just had a thought on this one... If my insurance through my employer is gonna pay for all the men's boner pills then why shouldn't women got a little paid time of for our discomfort? If my payroll deduction for health insurance is helping pay for another employee's sex life, then they can afford to give me a break when I am in pain. Esp when all they are gonna do is piss & moan the whole time saying under their breath...'must be her time of the month'... snicker snicker. So hell yeah, while I pay for these men's viagra to ease their own 'periodical unpleasantness', they should pay for mine too.

Lucky girl....I get such bad pains I can't even get up somedays. It sucks.
