Started by Mace Skywalker13 pages

I see now kinda. But im still trying to figure out what i can and cant do to some extent. I was told i would be able to hang with the others when it comes down to it even being lelvel one. But i dont wanna try an overstep my bounds you know. I'm an warrior elf with one handed weapons and a bow. But what exactly does that constitute? Can i take out a few orc myself if neccessary?

probably. you can fight pretty properly just don't get into things over your head

K, Fire can you help me now with Skills?

Great thats awesome thanks. And I saw your character in the forest part two rpg. really good, are you the same charcter?

sure

First the easy part

being Eotheod this is your base:

Unarmoured- 5
Rigid Leather- 5
Chain- 10
One-handed edged weapons- 10+3(profession)
Missile Weapons- 5+3(profession)
Pole-arms- 5+3(profession)
Ride- 40+1(profession)
Swim- 5+1(profession)
Perception- 5
Stamina- 14+2(profession)

To that I added your lvl1 profession bonuses being:
Warriors: 1 to all General Skills, 2 on Stamina, 3 to all Weapon Skills

That's the easy part

Now the hard part: Development Points
You have:
M&M- 3; Weapon Skills- 5; General Skills- 2; Subterfuge Skills- 2; Stamina +21

these points you can allocate to different skills like adding your M&M (manouevre points) to the type of armour your perfere adding the weapon points to the weapon type you perfere and so on.....

Take into account 1 point adds +5 to a skill (adding 3 points gives you +10) you can only increase a skill once by either +5 or +10

exceptions are M&M they just add up so 3 points in M&M gives a +15
and Stamina to which you just have to add the number

so Tidus give it a go

I think ill put my character up now.

by all means feel free

...Im still confused...

What is it you don't understand Tidus cause it aint that hard

The hard part...

Well you just have to spend those points to your skills (each point is a +5 increase, each 3 points is a +10 increase, you can only increase a skill once per level) Remember you can change points from one group to another (at a ratio of 2 for 1)

(ignore Stamina and M&M points just do weapon, general and subterfuge)

e.g. take 3 points from weapon to add a +10 to One-handed edged weapons to that skill
1 point to give a +5 to Missile weapons
1 point to give a +5 to Pole arms

e.g. change 2 subterfuge points in 1 general point (now you have 3 general points)

use all 3 general points to add a +10 to ride

something like that

I e-mailed it to ush, or should i put it here too.

And how much points do I have.

Now the hard part: Development Points
You have:
M&M- 3; Weapon Skills- 5; General Skills- 2; Subterfuge Skills- 2; Stamina +2

so that makes 5 for weapons 2 for general and 2 for subterfuge

Oh, uh just so you guys know, I'm going to be a black elf. Does that pose problems? I just dont know how im gonna work it yet?

black elf???? you read the races right?

yeah theyre their but i asked ush about what they actually mean and he told me the just. but not about stuff like this. I really dont know the history of blacks in the lord of the rings so i thought id try.

history of which blacks????
according to me (only read a dutch version) there are no black elves???

i know, thats why i wanted to be one.
