Ok, calculations have been made.
First of all, I have totalled everyone's learned experience from Part II. This includes:
XP from travel
XP from successful manoeuvres
XP for use of powers (Animist and Magic)
XP for outgoing hurt
XP for incoming hurt
XP for tactical/strategic achievements in the fight
Everyone recives a 1000 xp bonus to their personal total for victory
Argentis and Vardalain get a 2500 xp bonus for the part of the game before the re-start- the retuning players (Rex, BB, Zink) get this also.
Palidan gets a 1000 xp bonus to his personal total for leading
Remember level 2 characters gain experience more slowly against these bad guys... but as they could do more (Vardalain picked up a ton of kills from his huge ranged score before he got taken down, and Argentis was hacking people to pieces all day) that got heavily mitigated back the other way.
Totals are:
Vardalain: 7931
Palidan: 5231
Corlindel: 8223
Andromir: 8186
Argentis: 8483
Darvan: 8956
Palidan is the loser from the personal amount, but this does reflect that he didn't do very much in the fight.
Darvan wins by a. a slew of Dunlending kills he made to the south that saved the fight and b. being hit very hard a total of three times- twice in the Baranar fight, and once in the cave fight beforehand.
However, in LOTR, that is not the end of the matter. There us now bonus xp to be awarded from the group 'pool'. The group pool is equal to half the size of the total xp earned- not counting the bonus given to Argentis and Vardalain, which the party had nothing to do with.
Group pool is: 22005. Hmm! Quite a lot. And because you all organised yourselves in that fight instead of fighting under Baranar, I shall raise that to an even 25000.
That means I have 25000 extra xp to deal out between you guys. This gets divided up into slices. To earn a slice you have to have done something to earn it outside the merely direct achievements included in your personal total.
Everyone gets one slice automatically for taking part.
Right now, Vardalain gets an extra slice for his work in going to Rivendell, coming back, and curing the disease.
Palidan gets one for his organisation and strategic work at Baranar.
If anyone wants to front any other ideas of who is worthy of a slice, now is the time...
