I really dont think there's anything wrong with it. I mean in a situation like that everyone really needs to be careful that the 16 year old isnt dating a complete shithead and getting beat on or whatever.
But i know from personal experience. My boyfriend is 4 years older than me and we've been together for almost 4 years. We started dating when I was 15 and he was 19. My parents were a little uneasy about it, but he turned out to be a really nice guy. Besides, my parents are 9 years apart, so they can give advice about age difference, but they really cant complain.
The maturity difference between a 15 year old and a 19 year old SHOULD be so vast that the 19 year old should find very little of what the 15 is interested in. However, a 15 or 16 yearold girl will "give it up quicker" in order to keep the elder boyfriend, or so seems the general consensus among men who are interested in teenagers.

NO its not ok. ITS ILLEGAL!
But back to the question, no it's not wrong. A sixteen year old and a twenty year old are both in the grey area of teenagehood trying to mature into an adult, albeit the sixteen year old is on the younger half of the pole and the twenty year old the older half, but it's still a difficult time period and neither one is probably fully "mature" yet. (Though some people never mature. But that's a differant story..)
But again, sex in itself is not wrong ever, it's when it's abused and mis-used it becomes wrong. SpellJammer doesn't find anything wrong with even a fourteen year old having sex with a twenty year old. As long as they're married. Cause marriage says to SpellJammer "this is forever", "we are ceartain we love eachother", and if you're willing to go through the red tape and hassle of marriadel bonds, SpellJammer thinks you're entitled to scrump, bump, hump, and pump.. 😂
