Is it ok for a 16 year old to have sex with a 20 year old?

Yeah, when I was younger, a lot younger, I met a nice lady who was great fun I can tell you.

To all the younger male members ,huh huh, if you get the opportunity to get with an older lady, I suggest you do so.

Well, while there is a lot of growing up that goes on between 16 and 20...the reality of the matter is that under certain circumstances it could work. I'm not going to comment on right or wrong. It isn't a matter of right or wrong, it's a matter of consequence.

Every girl I've been with has been older than me. Not significantly older that it made a difference.....except two of them.

if the 16 year old is a girl SEX at that age may have some emotional repercussions on her.

if its a 16 year old boy it may have some major ego boost

It's illegal if you look at it in certain aspects.

If her parents gave you permission and they knew what you were doing, then it is perfectly ok. But I highly doubt any 20 year old guy is going to go to a 16 year old girls house and ask her dad if he can boink her brains out.

i personally think if a girl has sex too early in her life it changes her somehow because a good majority of the girls i know that had sex in their early teens turned into whores later on in their lifes and the ones who wait seem content to be with one guy

You cannot categorise like that: I ended up marrying the girl I first had sex with, albiet after a split for 8 years and reconcilliation and then split again 🙄, she was 16 and did not turn into a whore, she had only slept with 2 or 3 other people by the time we got married at 27. Whereas I know a girl who waited until she was 21 before she gave up her virginity - she enjoyed sex so much that she has become quite the rampant little minx.

This slant of this particular discussion is 16 year old girl+ 20 year old guy... so, is it fundamentally different if you had say, a 16 year old guy and a 20 year old women? Especially considering that there seems to be a growing consensus that females mature mentally and emotionally quicker then males?
