An interesting question. Here in Australia the "age of consent" is 16 (except for homosexuals, who for some reason are 18), also interesting is that the world health organisation recently stated how in the last two years case of Sexually transmitted diseases in girls as young as 14 has doubled (primarily chlamydia) though not due to contact with men older then them, but rather boys there same age.
Personally I think 16 is still a bit to young, but then I also see it appears people are growing up a lot faster and become, it appears, more sexually exploitative at younger ages. So is it wrong for a 20 year old to be with a 16 year old? It depends on the people in question, so I would give a yes and no.
"I was actually referring to the younger teenage years...13-17"
Whether you think it's RIDICULOUS or not, it's not 'wrong' purely because they are legal. 16 is average legal age. Anyone of or above that age being dated by a 20 year old is perfectly legal. I thought the age gap in the US, for relationships at least, was seen to be 5 years max. In which case 16-20 is 4.

Thats a different story though, he allegedly commited acts of pedophelia, and here I think it kinda goes by the moral sxcale of things. Whats worse? A 20 year old sleeping with a 16 year old? Or a 4o something year old boozing 12 year olds and sleeeing with them? Plus him being a star of sutch calibre doesnt help the situation.
Yeah but that doesn't change the fact that it really has nothing to do with anyone besides those involved. Of course it's gonna get out but it's nothing to do with anyone else, if we're being technical.
People say "Well I want my kids safe". As if Jackson is some lecherous door to door paedophile.
All this and he still hasn't even been convicted. People suck.
My point was, that you are correct. It's between the two people and if they are both legal, there is nothing wrong. If your moral fabric is torn by what they are doing, despite it being legal........deal. None of your business.
