I was going to leave it as it is but I think I know what you're not seeing.

The Omega/Alpha/Beta Level Mutant system is a way of Classifying Mutants.

The fact that Nimrod was able to classify a human(Friedrich von Roehm) shows that it was a completely different system to the Mutant Classification System and that it's based on a completely different criteria.

There's absolutely no way a human can be classified in a mutant classification system.

Exodus has proven you wrong Starhawk, there's no shame in being wrong.

No it isn't, Nimrod identified her and her ALONE as a Class Omega Contact. And the fact that she posses the same powers as Jean Grey and was also a host for the Phoenix Force also lead allot of support.

So, Show me either something form Marvel that says shes not, or somewhere Nimrod labeled a non-mutant as an Class Omega contact or labeled another mutant who has been stated as NOT being an Omega Class as a Class Omega Contact then I won't believe You.

No as he has not shown me Nimrod calling a non-mutant or a non omega class mutant as a "Class Omega Contact". Your really wasting your time and energy on this.

He proved that the definition isn't the same as Omega Class mutant though.

Tigers are the best .)

No he didn't. Not at all.

Identified a non mutant as class contact.

Interestingly enough Phoebe was recently a host for the Phoenix Force in the mini-series Phoenix Warsong and she hasn't been classified as an Omega Level Mutant.
The reason why Emma Frost could not act as a host for it in Phoenix Endsong was explained as well. Emma emotionally as a human being is not like Phoebe or Jean Grey. She became cold hearted to survive as the White Queen. Phoebe and Jean Grey are more then that and their humanity allows them to act as hosts for the force.

But not as an Omega, Look I am going to settle this once and for all. There is a series put out by marvel called "Official Guide to the Marvel Universe, it lists mutant classes. I ordered the back issue with Rachel in it. So we can clear this up once and for all.

It's really surprising and more then alittle flattering that you guys think that what I believe is so important.

Aside from the Omega /Rachel Debate I would like to know how an Alpha Mutant can beat an Omega? Should that be impossible? Just asking.

The officially confirmed 7 Omegas are therefore:
Jean Grey
Iceman (Bobby Drake)
Kid Omega (Quentin Quire)
Mister M (Absolom Mercator)
Franklin Richards
Vulcan (Gabriel Summers)
Elixir (Josh Foley)

Now, back on topic...so..those ligers...

No. It's not impossible. You're kinda retarded. Quit life. kthxbai.

Because being an Omega mutant isn't just about power level.(Elixir for example) There are a lot of factors that come into play like the nature of the mutation. And since the term itself hasn't been properly defined yet it's hard to give a proper explanation.

But Telepaths >>> Elixir

So yeah it is.

Okay then why is such a big deal made about Omegas? As I agreed, Starhawk is never specifically called an Omega, but he is still an extremely powerful mutant. He would waste some of those "Omegas" easily. So what are the criteria for being an Omega?

And Soljer, you have some growing up to do.

Define it, or you're just as much of a douche as starhawk babbling on about omega contacts.

It was stated on planel actually. First Emma said that the guy coming was "at least" Omega level. Then Wolverine calls the guy OmegaPlus.

Later it turns out it was Vulcan.

Vulcan ain't Omega.

OmegaPlus:

Any mutant that has accessed 70% or more of his/her total Omega potential and possessed a working knowledge of that power and potential.

This puts OmegaPlus mutants above normal Omegas because the total power they can bring to bear is greater than that of a normal Omega. Their ability to use said energy is also much higher than a normal Omega level mutant.
