Hopefully they'll pick a city no one cares about. Like all of Hawaii, or San Fransisco.

Yeah but North Korea strikes me as similar to Milton Waddams from the movie Office Space, in that Milton kept mumbling about how he'd set the building on fire and no one ever paid attention.

Then he set the building on fire.

Course NK has never 'mumbled' anything, they shout with megaphones. 😛
