It's not gonna be as easy as just going in and dropping bombs. I'd first rely on espionage, intel, maybe sabotage and probably assassination. Or somehow first make the NK infrastructure collapse in on itself from the inside.
A military strike should always be the last option after all others have been exhausted.
edit: I'd say the wikileaks revelations about china distancing itself from NK has been beneficial, if anything. It forced the chinese state to publically come more into line with washington on the issue, and gave much less leway to NK to attack the south

Doesn't NK have the largest standing army on the planet at 1 million?
But in terms of actual active duty ready to fight troops they're number four after China, the United States, and India (in that order).
