As for other abilities, again, he brought someone back to life, shown high end matter manipulating abilities, bfr someone to the moon, bfred someone on the other side of the planet, tk built his base, turned invisible, sucked a virus out of a dying man... was shown teleporting to different sides of the globe, etc, etc... he did all of this with his tk/tp.

Lulz. I wouldn't believe Carver would actually try to compare TK bursting DP's skull to being able to do it to Superman if I hadn't seen it myself.

We don't know how a battle between the 2 would have went if Cable was complete. Cable was already weakening before the fight, by the time Surfer ran up on him, it was near the end (death).

It was mentioned that he was getting weaker and this was during the middle of the story. By the time Surfer faced him, he was near death.

As for the people that is bringing up the deadpool getting his head blown out from the "inside out"... the scan wasn't put up to show that Deadpool skull equal Superman skull, the scan was put up to show that Cable can attack from the inside out. Since Cable TK IS more powerful than Manchester and Manchester gave Supes a stroke, well, you get the rest.

This is basically none debatable... Cable TK AND TP during this stage, especially at his Prime, make MB powers look like boo boo. When a guy can break down metal with his TK to the atomic level with just a thought and also matter manipulate with it and bring back life... this is a whole nother level.

Let me put it like this... Exodus fought Hulk and got 2 paneled where Cable "before" even receiving this massive upgrade, a Cable that was exploring his TK and TP fought an ENRAGE Hulk and sat there and let Hulk POUND on him to no effect. His shields that surrounds his body were basically unbreachable. Then Cable was telepathically linked to every being on the Planet during that run and knew everyones move before they did it... hell, he could literally read the future and even knew of Surfer attack days before it happened.

Yes, he is FAAAAAAAAAR above Exodus.

I think Superman can take him.

Never said unhurt... a PISSED Hulk couldn't drop a Cable that was "letting" him punch him in the head.

I think it did happen during the Onslaught run, Cable was teamed with Storm and both were fighting the Hulk (well, Cable was trying to reason with him).

this is making for interesting discussion though. so do most seem to think a strong tk'er can simply blow up the brain of superman?? what about ss?? why didn't cable attack ss that way?

Hhhmmm, I can see how you would come up with that.

I also think we are talking about 2 different fights. I will find at least part of the fight for you because I don't remember anything stating that Cable almost died.
