Regardless of prep, thanos would at the mimimum stalemate physically with Juggernaut, not to mention silver surfer, And in this instance spawn doesnt care about using up his power allowing him along with dr strange to summon all sorts of wonderful things, it might be difficult, but i dont think thanos could win this

How many comics have you seen the Fallen one in, since Samaritan ? Exactly, none !!!!!!!! And you cannot say he was enslaved by Thanos. Unless you count a comatose condition as being en slaved. There are various patients at the hospital who would diagree with that, if they could.
I think you are giving Thanos's telepathic abilities far too much credit !!!
How do we know he's above Maximus in telepathic ability ? + BB is only there for the punch line.
And a new offensive of Drax and Strange will do alot of Damage. M.M. Is only there as a back round figure, keeping Thanos telepathic abilities in check.

who is gonna ko thanos in this group? demi has thanos with k-nite so supes is a gonner. he's already shown he could easily dispatch juggs. orion had his arse handed to him byb ss (x-over yes, but still - thanos is WAY above ss) which leaves hulk and mutant. allowing (with some . . . suspicions . . .) thanos's telepathy, i see no reason why he couldn't at least calm hulk down if not somehow control him outright with his cerebro-esque device. 'fraid this group won't do it . . .

i like this group better. ss has been shown to be pretty useless against thanos in the past though, so i'm not sure what good he'll do here. i see no reason why thanos's 'anti-mutant device' wouldn't shut off cable like it shut off xavier. 8th day is stronger, but still susceptible to mind attacks so again with the nimrod strategy then he controls 8th day to attack spawn and takes out strange while those 2 fight. IF spawn wins (not sure how likely that is - spawn's power levels have fluctuated a LOT in his day . . .) it would be spawn v thanos.

sorry guys, demi asked for an assist earlier, so thought i'd give it a go. 🙂
seriously, it is damn near impossible to actually KO thanos - consider even odin or tyrant didn't knock him out. that leaves trapping or binding. i'm actually not buying demi's defense of my own team - the eye would certainly know whether or not they were facing the real thanos (and given a month of prep they would know to look for clones). i still say he needs to be bound - i like the lasso because it could potentially make him compliant, but there might be other things that could hold him. i still think my group could get the job done, but does anyone have ideas how to make the plan/a plan definitively work?

No, it was Beyonder who was rendered comatose. Fallen One was mentally taken over completely. Either way, it's telepathic.

Maximus isn't a particularly powerful telepath. Xavier is the most powerful on earth and he couldn't even get through G's defenses. Thanos has.

Right, but MM has an easily exploited weakness that will destroy Drax's protection.

Remember, it's a month of one-sided prep! Only Thanos gets it! Your team gets randomly assembled with no prep!
And by the time the Eye tells Strange that that's not the real Thanos, the real Thanos will have already put down Flash from a distance, and the purpose will have been served.

Roma has power over life and death! She exists outside of reality! She wasn't affected by Wanda/Magneto's House of M reality changing! I'm not convinced she's not skyfather level. Those are Odin-level feats.

Any way i checked the comic, and it clearly illustrates Be yonder with a hole in the middle of her Fore head. Go and check it, if you doubt me. I expect an apology. 🙂 😄 Skeet Thanos's side kick also suggests that Thanos has pulled the same manoeuvre on the Fallen One.
After Fallen One is defeated:
Skeet : 'Skeet see's Titan makes a Brain Whammy on it. Has a brain, it does?

Back to Galactus. Thanos needed Moon Dragon to bypass the Big G's telepathic securities. E>G. he did not do it on his own. I'm sure Xavier would have had a lot more luck with Moon dragon helping him. I really doubt that Thanos's telepathic skills are on Xavier's level. If they where I'm sure he would use them more often 😉
