Book Six : Harry Potter And The Half Blood Prince [merged]

If nothing else, this does bring up a few questions...

1. Where is Harry going to spend most of his summer?

We know this is going to be his shortest stay at the Dursley's to date. Is he going to The Burrow, or 12 Grimmauld Place?

2. What will happen to 12 Grimmauld Place?

Did Sirius have a will? Did he leave it to Harry? Lupin? Will it go to Bellatrix?

3. Will there be any more prophecies?

We know that the meaning of THE prophecy will be revealed, but w/ Professor Trelawney and Firenz in the castle...does anyone else think predictions will be made?

P.S. Has everyone pre-ordered HBP?!?!?

there really isnt anyone else besides trewlaney that makes predictions unless most likely new characters are introduced or some other character steps up... i'm debating whether or not to reread the other ooks before HBP comes out, when is it again july?

Trelawney is really the only one who makes real prophecies. But Firenze and the other Centaurs read the stars and whatnot, I'm not sure if they can tell what is going to happen beyond the immediate future, like Trelawney did.

Do you really have to debate about whether or not to reread them?

lol well if you think about it, thats roughly 600 pages x 5 books, that =... now give me a second... 1+2 carry the 9 divided by pi subtracted from y minus the area of a circle rounded to the hundredths place... 3000 pages, thats a hella lot of reading... i know ill end up reading them its just intimidating thinking about it....

what will happen in the 6th book

Book 6 [Merged]

So when I was reading CoS there was a part when Percy was talking about his father being a worker for the Ministry of Magic...and it sounded like he was really proud of his father...and so I'm wondering if, in OotP, when Percy is mean to his mom and dad if he is really faking it, playing a double agent so to speak. I know this has already been thought of, but I'm looking for anything in CoS that could come back into HBP...

I think Percy is just a loser, he's high on the fact that he's like the right hand man for whats his name in the ministry... forgot his name.

I can see Harry strengthening his skills with occlumency, but not learn legimancy. He was taught in order to protect his mind from Voldermort, but not to be fooling around with other's.

I always got he impression that Harry was going to die, playing a martyr where a statue will we raised for his deeds. Of course, I did not how his attitude was evolving in the last installment, so I hope he doesn't have a happy ending anyway.

i think that in book 6 the prophecy will play a more important role than we think cause i reckon that more is hidden in it than is immediately readable as JKRowling said that she worded it very carefully so i think it could mean more that it does when u first reads it 🙄

i agree, i just wonder how exactly it will play a bigger part. we already know what the basics are, but how far will the prophecy expand beyond that...

i'm placing my money on neville playing a significant role these next couple books

jkrowling aint improving or tellng giving any info out in her web site....There was a vote about the significance of neville and this very important questions needs to be answered...I guess it would be a major spoiler....and anouther thing...harry will have a littler romance...any opinion???

hmm i dont kno poeple keep saying ginny but i dont see it ..sister of his best friend and i havnt yet seen sparks from harrys side to give signals of him 'fancing' her i think he may go for someone his own age...i rekon theres more chance of him getting with hermy .....thho i mayb rong
