Have You all seen this, some guy stole a copy of the adult novel of Harry Potter after the intial run was complete, he took a photo and sent it to this piarte network he worked for the cops intercepted the photo, but it seems the photo had a copy which was leaked to the internet, Leo Hampton was charged with 100,000$ for some charges and thrown in jail. you can find the photo on several private sites i got one look below.

No way Sirius is a dementor....it just isn't going to happen. Whatever lays beyond the veil is going to be much bigger, and much graver than that. Sirius is not PHYSICALLY coming back...that was said by JKR somewhere, although I'm not sure. But he will be back b/c he IS an important character.
JKR also said that the Dursley's were all muggles, so that definitely crosses out Vernon and Dudley having magical powers. As for Petunia, she is definitely hiding something, but JKR said that she wasn't a squib and therefore did not have magical parents...Lily was a muggle-born like Hermione.
I can't see Dumbledore dieing until Book 7, but who knows, it is always a possibility. It is a war, and with any war there will be casualties.
As for Pettigrew killing Lupin....I'm highly suspect of this theory. I agree it is the perfect set up for a confrontation, but I don't think Lupin is going to parish from it. Maybe Snape will save him...
About Sirius...
There are loads of ways that Sirius can communicate with Harry without being there physically...We have already seen Sirius via the fire place in OotP as well as through photographs. Also, remember the mirror that Sirius gave to Harry. Sirius said that he and Harry would be able to communicate no matter where they were...including behind a mysterious magical veil? And I am positive that there is going to be another way brought up in HBP.

JKR said all of the Dursley's are muggles, and Petunia is hiding something. So do you think they will tell us in the next book?
OH, and if that crosses Vernon and Dudley off why not Petunia. We know she wont be a squib beause she hates magic period. I am still up for Dudley being able to use magic but just has a memory spell on him like Neville has. (Neville has one, right? If they didn't mention it in the books yet, I wanna bring up my idea on that being brought in the next book. ^.^)
Sorry you are right I have my facts mixed up, bets have been placed on Dumbledore being the next one to die, and it looks almost certain that this is the case, particularly with him featuring so prominently on the covers. JKR has commented on this fact and has not denied it. Half-bloods and Half-breeds are not the same I'm afraid. Unlucky.
