why : she can fly , control the elements such as ; wind , rain , fog , thunder etc.
she makes it really foggy , then hits him with lighting other tornato and other shit.
while Cyc only got optics. ( if he hits her she is K.O for sure)

okay, storm dodged a shot, like you said. Have you even seen what cyke's full power looks like? Its not just a beam... its a friggen blast that pretty much goes out in slightly less than 180 degrees in front of him... there is no way that storm could dodge it, as long as she was even remotely in front of him. And yes, it would kill her, but lets say the fight is no-hold bar.... cyke wins, hands down.
k we don't know if the thugs might have missed and this fight is not killing so cyke won't shoot a big beam that will kill her, and storm won't fry him instantley. besides storm knows that all kyke neds to do is hit her so she is goinm really fast all around, then creates a tornmado which will make it harder for him to hit her. then throws some water near cycke and shoots lightning at the spot and he's more than likely out and she doesn't even need to aim or hit him. all this can be done in seconds by the way

You've just invented that scenario in your head, you have no idea whether storm would do such a thing... the fight can't always go that way when you describe it in too much detail...

you do realize that even if storm used a 'low-level' bolt of lightning, it would probably kill him... as would a tornado... or a major gust of wind... or freezing him... so if she's allowed to do that, cyke can use his full blast.
she can control the force of the bolt otherwise she would be a big murderer seeing as she always uses lightning. and the scene i described is logical. all you said was that he would shoot at her and she's out but the fact is that she is one of the best x-men at dodging. and he already fired a beam at her at close range and she still dodged even if he wasn't it in he won't kill her so any big beams he won't do. yes they can easily both kill eachother but storm has more ways of winning at her disposal and is more than likely faster
