image enducer is not standard tech, especially for nightcrawler...
sleeping gas should not be allowed, why? if you throw a grenade into the middle of a crowd and gas starts coming from it, people will panic even more...
telepathy is open to interpretation... while a mind-rape by shadow king would be violent, a calming, soothing effect created by psylocke is not... and she doesnt have to get them all at the same time, she can do it simoultaneoously...
One more thing. the average joe soap will have no idea if a telepath is in his mind, recognising a telepath takes training...

You cant say for sure can you? psylock is a low level telepath, stretching her small amount of ability aross such a large amount of people will make her loose concentration, or maybe even make her loose conciousness, which means someone will realize whats going on. This happens to any telepath if they try to stretch their skills to thin.
Making special exceptions for Goodguys would be alright, like for instance, if its because were so much smarter than them.
