??? I do not know if this a misunderstanding and/or misrepresentation of what makes one a Christian -- but I'll attempt to answer thy inquiries as best as I can.

Christ gave the 2 "great" commands to his "friends", before graciously accepting the miserable-intended fate, that only each of these "friends" was worthy of --

The first(and most important) command given by him was to "love thy lord thy God with all thy heart."

The second(second most important) command given was to - "love thy neighbor as thyself."

Perhaps you understand where I am going with this? Or perhaps you do not -- If the latter statement applies, then please do continue on --

Mayhaps(or perhaps - mayhaps not) when thou hath a "friend" in need, the first thought that comes to thy mind, is not what thy "friend" can do for you -- instead, it is what can thy do to assist thy "friend." (that is of course, assuming you are an active participant of a religious system -- which consists of a similar moral code.)

This is not because thy believes that thy friend will return the favor later -- but rather it is because one does indeed truly love thy friend, wants to see thy friend happy and/or secure, and truly cherishes the relationship that thou hath with them.

Those who want to be with Christ -- believe that their relationship with him falls under similar guidelines. They truly love him, want to see him happy, and truly cherish their relationship with him. To them, the greatest gift that could ever be received -- would be a never-ending fellowship(friendship) freely given to them by their Creator.

Well I think most people defend god because they think they feel they are obligated to because they are saved. I know god is supposed to be above the law so we can not question what he does, but as far as loving as him goes, I bring him to our level, and when he's brought to our level, he is not such a great guy.

Hmmm, Oh yeah, and if rules didn't exist atheists would murder, steal etc we're luckily britain and americas rules were based on christianity 🙂

1. God wrote the commandments, not Moses, but if moses did why did he claim them to be from god instead of himself?

2. They never said nothing at school about Hammurabi, i know, but i never payed attention in History and RE 🙂
